Bravos Texas Land Development LLC has acquired 5.4 acres of land off U.S. 75 at Midtown Boulevard in Dallas. Ryan Patterson and Phil Patterson with Paterson Real Estate Services represented the buyer, which is planning an upper-midscale hotel property. John Hickman and Jay Hawes with Provident Realty Advisors represented the seller.
