Orange Energy Consultant LLP has added 6,425 square feet of office space for a total of 15,040 square feet at 1900 Enchanted Way in Grapevine. Nick Talley, vice president of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, represented the tenant in lease negotiations. Sharon Friedberg and Melanie Hughes of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord, Capital Commercial Investments Inc.
