HOYA Vision Care, based in Lewisville, is bringing its distribution operations closer to home. The company has inked a deal for 101,817 square feet at Trade Center IX at 755 Regent Boulevard in Dallas and will take occupancy next month.
The company is an affiliate of HOYA Corp., a global firm based in Japan. Beyond lenses for eyeglasses, HOYA Vision Care products are used in medical imaging devices and even LCD TV panels.
Mark Miller and Tyson Erwin with NAI Robert Lynn Co. represented the tenant in the deal. Steve Trese with CBRE represented the landlord, a joint venture between Trammell Crow Co., Clarion Partners, and Rosewood Property Co.
“We could not be more pleased to welcome HOYA to Trade Center IX,” Trese said in a statement. “The process leading to a deal required an incredible amount of cooperation and coordination from all involved.”
