Cawley Partners has kicked off construction of Legacy Center, a four-story, 175,000-square foot office building on 12 acres at the northwest corner of Legacy Drive and Hedgcoxe Road in Plano.
It’s the latest in a slew of projects for Cawley, which also just acquired a 240,000-square-foot North Dallas office complex, is wrapping up work on the 120,000-square-foot Knoll Trail Plaza, and has acquired land along the Tollway for a planned 200,000-square-foot facility, which is scheduled to break ground in early 2015.
Designed by Morrison Dilworth + Walls architects, Legacy Center will offer 4.6/1,000 parking ratios, a rooftop terrace, and close proximity to Legacy Town Center. It is being built by Spring Valley Construction Co. and should be ready for occupancy next August. Financing for the project was provided by American Bank of Texas.
Randy Shipman and Addie Ludwig of Cawley Partners are handling the leasing. Rates start at $27.50 per square foot, plus electricity.
