Lease: Whataburger

Whataburger has leased 41,000 square feet of retail space in Terrell Market Center at FM 148 and Crossroads Parkway in Terrell. W. Thurston Witt Jr. of UCR represented the tenant in lease negotiations. Andrew Lehner of UCR represented the developer, Oakridge Investments.

This location is expected to open in the summer of 2015.
