Lincoln Property Co. bolsters its ranks and Spire Realty Group grows its leasing team in Dallas in this week’s Personnel Moves.

• Matt Craft has joined Lincoln Property Co. as executive vice president. In his new role, he will be responsible for sourcing and executing corporate and institutional real estate transaction services in the Southwest region. Craft has more than two decades of experience in the commercial real estate industry, representing both landlords and tenants. Most recently he served as managing director in the tenant representation group at JLL. Prior to that, he was a principal at Trammell Crow Co., where he oversaw leasing of 6 million square feet of office space, including icons like Trammell Crow Center, 2100 McKinney, Chase Tower, and 2100 Ross Avenue. He’s a graduate of Southern Methodist University’s Edwin L. Cox School of Business.

• Campbell Henry has joined Spire Realty Group as director. He will oversee the leasing efforts of the company’s Dallas office portfolio. Henry previously was vice president of CNL Commercial Real Estate’s office leasing and brokerage services team. Prior to that worked for both JLL and Stream Realty. During his 10-year career, he has completed more than 2 million square feet of transactions valued at more than $150 million.

• Michael Doherty has joined Lincoln Harris CGS, Lincoln Property Co.’s corporate services group, as vice president. In his new role he will provide strategic marketing and transaction services for owned and leased portfolio properties. He previously was an associate at Lincoln Property Co., where he provided tenant representation and project leasing services for clients like Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, Worldwide Flight Services, and Innovative Managed Care Systems. Prior to getting into real estate he was a business manager at Centego, a fuel rewards services company. Doherty earned a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Texas at Austin.
