Cawley Partners has acquired a 12-acre tract on the corner of Legacy Drive and Hedgcoxe Road in Plano and is moving forward with Legacy Center, a 169,0000-square-foot, four story office building. Construction is slated to begin this summer, with the property ready for occupancy in the fourth quarter of 2015.

Similar to Cawley’s Knoll Plaza development, Legacy Center development will feature rooftop amenities with an outdoor terrace and common area conference room and break room. It was designed by Morrison, Dilworth + Wallis.

“We are providing the building as the low-cost alternative to current developments being constructed in Legacy, but we are taking it a step further by providing our tenants with features they never thought possible at this price point, a conference room and gathering spot on the roof,” said Bill Cawley, CEO.

Cawley Partners is a full-service Dallas based commercial real estate company that specializes in developing, investing, managing and leasing office buildings.
