Worksoft Inc. has completed a headquarters renewal lease at The Madison, a 12-story office building at 15851 Dallas Parkway in Addison. The company, which makes business process automation software, will continue to occupy 12,807 square feet.
Andy Leatherman, vice president at Jones Lang LaSalle, represented the tenant in lease negotiations. Mark Harrison, leasing manager at Granite Properties, represented the landlord.
Lee Constantino, CFO at Worksoft Inc., said the company did an extensive search and decided to stay at The Madison and spruce up its space.
Built in 1984, the property sits on the west side of the Dallas North Tollway and totals 288,920 square feet.
