Uptown Cheapskate has leased 5,041 square feet of retail space in Hulen Fashion Center at 5230 S. Hulen Rd. in Fort Worth. Amy Ramirez of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant in lease negotiations. Easley Waggoner Jr. of Venture Commercial represented the landlord.
