On the office front, Randy Cooper and Craig Wilson of Cassidy Turley represented State Farm in the area’s top two leases, for a combined total of more than 1.1 million square feet, plus another 135,000-square-foot deal (coming in at No. 7) in Irving, also for State Farm. Dave Anderson with CBRE represented tenants in the market’s two largest industrial transactions—1.1 million square feet for LG Electronics and 788,160 square feet for Walmart.com USA—both with Hillwood. And The Weitzman Group put together the area’s top retail deal, a 123,000-square-foot Kroger store at the southwest corner of State Highway 121 and Josey Lane in Lewisville.

• 293,000 sq. ft., Nationstar Mortgage, 400 Horizon Way, Irving. Tenant rep: Terry Quinn with Cresa Dallas. Landlord, First Tennessee Bank, represented by Ann Huntington and Dennis Barnes of CBRE.

• 211,121 sq. ft., Lehigh Hanson Inc., The Point at Las Colinas, 300 E. John Carpenter Fwy., Irving. Tenant reps: Vince Burt, Russell Cosby, Tony Littlejohn, Jeff Staubach, and Steve Thelen of Jones Lang LaSalle. Landlord: CBRE Global Investors, represented by John Fancher of Jones Lang LaSalle.

• 200,000 sq. ft., Conifer Health Solutions, Duke Bridges Office Park, Warren Parkway, Frisco.
