Cassidy Turley has picked up more than 500,000 square feet in new leasing assignments from two office property owners, TA Associates Realty and Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers. The awards bring Cassidy Turley’s total office leasing portfolio to 18.1 million square feet.
Trey Smith and Lauren Napper will oversee leasing of the five-story, 236,064-square-foot Park Center in Plano. Lisa Spampinato, Angela Hatcher, and Joe Garcia will manage the property, located at 2400 North Dallas Parkway, north of State Highway 190.
Clint Madison and Layne Mayfield will handle leasing of Greenhill Office Park, a 12-story, 272,482-square-foot property at 14131 Midway Road, north of LBJ Freeway. It will be managed by Michelle Rochester, Allison Stapleton, and Darwyn Flynn.
The deals expand relationships with both ownership groups, said Bret Bunnett, regional managing principal of Cassidy Turley’s Texas division.
