Capital Senior Living has leased 26,436 square feet of office space in Parkway Office Center at 14160 North Dallas Pkwy in Dallas. Nora Hogan with Transwestern represented the tenant in lease negotiations. Trey Smith and Katy Cleary with Cassidy Turley represented the landlord.
