Lease: ER Centers of America

ER Centers of America has leased 7,000 square feet of medical office space in Little Elm Towne Crossing at SWC Eldorado Pkwy & FM 423 in Little Elm.

The space will serve as ER Centers of America’s second DFW emergency medical center location. The center is expected to open in Fall 2012, after construction is completed.

The tenant used in-house representation. Daniel Harris and Thad Beckner of Henry S. Miller Brokerage represented the landlord.
