The Loft has leased 5,394 square feet of retail space at Sundance Square in downtown Fort Worth. The national women’s retailer will open its doors at the corner of Houston and Third streets this fall.

“We have had a lot of interest in the space formerly occupied by Billy Miner’s and we waited to commit to the right retailer,” said Johnny Campbell, president and CEO of Sundance Square, in a statement. “The LOFT fits nicely in our merchandising plan along Houston Street, which already includes Jos. A. Bank, Pappagallo Classiques, and Leddy’s Ranch.

“We have an additional 5,000 square feet of space in the former Billy Miner’s space located between the LOFT and Five Guys Burgers and Fries,” Campbell added. “We are talking with several retailers about this space as well as the retail space that will open next year with the completion of three new buildings, one of which will front Houston Street. That building will feature more than 12,000 square feet of first floor retail.”

Paul Parkey represented Sundance Square in lease negotiations with The Loft.
