Premier Trailer Leasing Inc. has leased 8,343 square feet of office space at Corporate Point, 401 E. Corporate Drive in Lewisville.

Paradise Settlement Services LLC, a title agency, has leased 4,128 square feet of office space at Corporate Point, 401 E. Corporate Drive in Lewisville, expanding their leased premises to 9,088 square feet.

With a 75,000-square-foot lease from ViaTech in hand, Billingsley Co. has begun development of its second speculative building at Mercer Business Park. The project will total 260,000 square feet.

HOYA Vision Care, based in Lewisville, is bringing its distribution operations closer to home. The company has inked a deal for 101,817 square feet at Trade Center IX at 755 Regent Boulevard in Dallas and will take occupancy next month.

Billingsley Co. has leased 15,760 square feet in its 165,000-square-foot office building in Cypress Waters to its first office tenant, real estate development company Meritage Homes.
