Texas Women’s Foundation

Hattie Hill, Executive in Resident

Hattie Hill will assume the role as executive in resident for Texas Women’s Foundation as interim president and CEO Dena Jackson will leave the foundation. Hill will help lead the transition in finding a new CEO while maintaining her role as CEO of Hattie Hill Enterprises. She will continue to serve as a member of the board and executive committee. She brings experience serving as the CEO of two nonprofits along with her board member position with the Prosper Company.

KAI

James Lawrence, Architectural Studio Leader

James Lawrence has been promoted as KAI’s architectural leader. Lawrence, who has 30 years of experience in retail, mixed-use, multifamily, and residential real estate, joined KAI in 2022 as senior project manager. Prior to moving to KAI, he was a senior project manager at MEL/ARCH Architectural Studio as well as a senior project leader for GFF. Lawrence has notably worked on developments such as the Ferro multifamily development in Plano and Arlington Life Shelter renovation and expansion in Arlington.

Hill & Wilkinson

Mike Oswald, CEO

Mike Oswald will be the new man in charge for Hill & Wilkinson, a commercial general contractor overseeing all facets of ground-up and renovation construction. Oswald will succeed Paul Driscoll, who will move to chairman of the board, after joining the company in 2004 prior to being named COO in 2016 and has held multiple leadership positions during his 20 years with the company.

After spending 40 years with Hill & Wilkinson, Paul Driscoll will now move from the CEO post to chairman of the board. Driscoll has overseen significant growth during his time with the company after being the CEO role for the last 13 years as well as leaving the position with Hill & Wilkinson with a revenue of over $400 million.

Peyton Boddie, Chief Business Officer

In his recent promotion to CBO, Peyton Boddie will oversee and be tasked with exploring new business opportunities, projects, and clients for the company. Boddie joined Hill & Wilkinson in 2000. Prior to his new role, he served as the executive vice president on the commercial side for 13 years.

Matt Shem, President

Another longtime Hill & Wilkinson employee, Matt Shem also moves up from his executive vice president post on the special projects side to president. During the course of his 18-year tenure, Shem has served as vice president and group manager in addition to his most recent role and newest title.

Matt Sisco, Chief Operating Officer

Matt Sisco, who has been with the company for 23 years, will move on from serving as executive vice president to COO. In this new position, Sisco will be in charge of field operations within all of Hill & Wilkinson’s divisions.

Gensler

Alejandro Guerrero, Principal

Alejandro Guerrero brings his practice expertise in residential, hotel, office, and mixed-use projects with him to his promotion to principal at Gensler. Guerrero is also a registered architect in Mexico, as well as a member of the American Institute of Architects while holding a professional license in New York and Texas. He has worked on many global projects in Asia, Europe, Latin America, and North America.

Joshua Metzger, Principal

At Gensler, Joshua Metzger is a member of AIA as well as a registered architect and interior designer in Texas as he slides into the title of principal. His knowledge and experience of projects in professional financial services, alongside technology, has seen him oversee multiple global accounts and lead multiple regions in an effort to cultivate strategic relationships.

Justin Bashaw, Principal

As Justin Bashaw also makes his way into the principal role with Gensler, he offers his knowledge in retail center projects, mixed-use, culture, and museums, as well as office developers. His noteworthy projects include the Frisco Public Library, Toyota Music Factory, among others.

Board Appointments

Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas

Gary Kelly, Board of Directors

The Federal Reserve has a new member of its’ board of directors in Southwest Airlines executive chairman of the board in Gary Kelly. In this role, Kelly will provide support to the Federal Reserve’s monetary policy with his insight into the economy. He joined Southwest Airlines in 1986 and rose through the ranks before being named president and CEO. He moved into his current position in 2022. Kelly also serves on multiple boards and was appointed to the Advisory Committee on Supply Chain Competitiveness under the Department of Commerce.
