SPCA of Texas Appoints Chris Luna as President and CEO

Luna brings over 30 years of leadership, management, and governance experience to the SPCA of Texas. He comes over from T-Mobile, where he served for more than 18 years in several roles, including vice president, legal affairs and chief counsel, sales & distribution. As president and CEO, Luna will lead 153 employees and 992 volunteers in the organization’s mission to provide animal care by preventing and prosecuting animal abusers, caring for rescued animals, and keeping pets in their homes.

United Way of Metropolitan Dallas

Rebecca BillingsChief Financial Officer


Rebecca Billings joins United Way of Metropolitan Dallas from the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Society, Inc., where she served as CFO for six years. In this position, Billings will be responsible for finance and operations for the firm, working with United Way of Metropolitan Dallas board committees and United Way Foundation of Metropolitan Dallas. She also will have oversight of the organization’s technology function.

Stephen Crittenden, Leader of Multifamily Group


STRIVE, a commercial real estate investment sales firm based in Dallas, has appointed Stephen Crittenden to lead STRIVE’s multifamily group. Stephen has 13 years of experience and has sold several thousand multifamily units throughout North Texas.

National developer, owner, and operator Trademark Property Co. has named Kevin Kessinger as president and COO. His new responsibilities include increasing Trademark’s footprint, implementing new operational innovations utilizing AI, talent development, and growing the company’s pipeline of mixed-use and multifamily projects. He has decades of experience structuring, directing, and managing commercial real estate platforms and operating teams for companies such as ShopCore Properties and DDR.

Zirtue has promoted Airion Watkins-Clark to chief product officer after serving as vice president of customer experience and product. Additionally, they’ll be working on a facelift for Zirtue’s mobile app to deliver a more visually enticing design and a more positive user experience.

First United Bank

Rick RodmanDallas Market President


Rick Rodman, who has more than 30 years of experience in the middle market and business banking segments, is First United Bank’s newest Dallas market president. Most recently serving as managing director, head of business banking for a regional bank in Texas, he has also worked for larger financial institutions, including Bank of America Merrill Lynch and JPMorgan Chase.

Lauren Banta Holloway, Vice President of Development and Communications


As Goodwill Dallas’ new VP of development and communications, Lauren Holloway will maintain long-standing partnerships and develop new ones with individuals, foundations, and corporations that share Goodwill’s values. Before joining the corporate world, Holloway served as a member of the Peace Corps in Senegal, West Africa. Later, she began her career in development at the North Texas Food Bank, leading individual and corporate giving for six years. She then moved to become executive director of the Highland Park Education Foundation.

Felix J. LozanoPresident’s Advisory Board


Whitley Penn Partner and Chief Growth Officer Felix Lozano is the latest add to the President’s Advisory Board for UTSW Medical Center. The role of the advisory board is to provide Dr. Podolsky and other members of the administration with guidance on the opportunities and challenges UT Southwestern faces as an academic medical center in all three areas of its mission—clinical care, education, and research—and provide the philanthropic support necessary for the institution to develop. Lozano has more than 32 years of public accounting experience auditing public and private companies, employee benefit plans, and family office and owned businesses.
