D CEO’s popular DEI Symposium returns on September 13 at the Frontiers of Flight Museum.
The half-day, in-person event, “Culture and Talent: The Competitive Edge” will feature more than a dozen dynamic speakers who are making workplaces more inclusive and accessible to all talent. Through panel discussions and thought-provoking personal keynotes, emerging leaders and seasoned CEOs alike will learn tools, best practices, and actionable solutions to win the talent war and build workplaces that foster psychological safety, inclusivity, and diverse perspectives.
We’ll also hear how leaders are thinking about their DEI strategies in the current landscape and positioning themselves for the future.
It is our pleasure to announce our first round of speakers, which include:
- Doug Deason, President, Deason Foundation and Deason Capital Services, LLC
- Meryl K. Evans, Speaker and Accessibility Consultant
- Florencia Velasco Fortner, President and CEO, The Concilio
- Mandy Price, Co-founder and CEO, Kanarys
- Nina Vaca, Chairman and CEO, Pinnacle Group
