In his new role for Fort Worth-based hospice, home health, and personal care provider Jet Health, Larry Nabb will oversee operations and business functions, as well as growth and acquisition strategies. Jet Health’s operations span 16 markets across the U.S., which are branded under the Jet Health umbrella as Klarus, First Choice, Hospice de la Luz, and Trio. He previously served as CEO and board member for Providence Care, a home health, hospice, and house call provider serving the Southeast U.S.

John Hutchinson, Co-Chief Executive Officer and Global Head of Origination
As the former leader of Vancouver-based Trez Capital Morely Greene transitions to an executive chairman role, he will pass the torch to Dallas-based John Hutchison and Vancouver-based Dean Kirkham, who will lead the company as co-CEOs. Hutchinson has played a vital role in the growth of the firm’s Dallas office, which launched in 2013, and after rising through the ranks, became partner in 2021. The Dallas office has financed deals for developers such as Hines, Centurion American, Huffines Communities, and more. In his new role as co-CEO and global head of origination, Hutchinson will continue focusing on the firm’s debt and equity origination business. Kirkham will continue focusing on risk and capital raising for the firm.

Julie Diaz, Interim President and Chief Executive Officer
Julie Diaz previously served as the executive vice president and COO of The Dallas Foundation, where she helped lead operations and philanthropic partnerships and managed increases in contributions and grant-making. She will now take the helm of the nonprofit as former leader Matthew Randazzo steps down to pursue a new role at the Greater Cincinnati Foundation. Prior to joining The Dallas Foundation in 2019, Diaz served as chief advancement officer at The Perot Museum of Nature and Science.

David C. Reintjes, Shareholder
David C. Reintjes will serve in Polsinelli’s Private Equity Practice Group. He will split time between the firm’s Kansas City, Missourri and Dallas offices. He previously served as a partner in the Denver office of law firm Scale, and prior to that, he held various senior leadership roles at TPG over 15 years, culminating in a post as senior advisor out of the firm’s Edwards, Colorado office.

Joe Raines, Executive Vice President and Chief Supply Chain Officer
In his new role, Joe Raines will leverage the scale benefits of Varsity’s platform and improve operations across its three businesses, BSN Sports, Varsity Spirit, and Herff Jones. His objective will be to optimize footprint optimization, COGS efficiency, customer fulfillment and experience optimization, long-term capacity planning, and more. Additionally, Raines will be building a team. He most recently served as vice president of supply chain for shoe company Vans.

Dr. Jennifer Welser, Chief Strategy Officer
Dr. Jennifer Welser will lead CityVet’s growth initiatives and elevate the company’s clinical learning and development program. She will also lead the company’s innovation strategy. Her focus will driving awareness of CityVet’s veterinary ownership model. Dr. Welser most recently served as chief medical officer at Mars Veterinary Health. She also served clinically and in senior leadership at BluePearl Veterinary Partners and founded Veterinary Eye Specialists.

Kathy Limmer, Chief Growth Officer
In her new role, Kathy Limmer will build, grow, and sustain strong relationships with donors. Limmer joins United Way following nine years as the assistant head of school for advancement at the Taipei American School. Prior to that, she was the director of development and external affairs at The Hockaday School. While there, she managed Hockaday’s $100 million campaign and centennial. She is also a former associate dean at Texas Christian University.

Keith Oltchick, Chief Development Officer
Keith Oltchick joined Remington Hotels in 2020 as senior vice president of acquisitions and development, focused on acquiring properties in the Caribbean and the U.S. He was promoted to executive vice president of business development in 2022 and will now execute the overall business development vision, strategy, plans, and processes to increase revenue, expand markets, and ensure Remington accomplishes financial objectives. Prior to joining Remington, Oltchick worked for ten years in business development at Pyramid Hotel Group.

In this newly created role at data center developer and operator CyrusOne, Fran Federman will lead the company’s capital markets activities and related transactions. Federman previously served as CFO at IQHQ, a developer and owner of life science real estate. Prior to that, she served in various roles at healthcare and real estate capital provider, Ventas, most recently as VP of capital markets and managing director of the Ventas Life Science and Healthcare Real Estate Fund.

Todd Anderton, Senior Vice President of Marketing
Todd Anderton joined Trademark Property Co. in 2018 as vice president of marketing. In his new role, he will work with the entire marketing team to increase efficiency and guide results. In his previous role, he oversaw marketing for 16 mixed-use properties across the U.S. Prior to joining Trademark Property Co., Anderton held marketing leadership roles at All Our Might, Cypress Equities, and CBL and Associates.

Laura Hale, Vice President of Portfolio Marketing
Laura Hale joined Trademark Property Co. in 2007 as director of marketing. Prior to that, she served as marketing manager for Dallas-based luxury home goods producer Peacock Alley. In her new role, she will train and mentor marketing personnel and help ensure best practices are implemented across Trademark’s national portfolio. The company’s properties in North Texas include the Galleria Dallas as well as Alliance Town Center in Fort Worth.

Stephany Ruiz joined Trademark Property Co. in 2018. In her new role, she will lead guest services and the experience sector of the company’s marketing. Her previous achievements at Trademark Property Co. include launching a five-star hospitality program at two of the company’s properties, driving the acquisition of more than 300 monthly clients in 2021 for a DFW property, and more. Her previous roles in guest services and experience leadership include work for DreamWorks Animation, Compass, and Caruso Affiliated.

Nancy Jacobi, Vice President of Human Resources
Nancy Jacobi previously served as Golden Chick’s director of human resources. She has been with Golden Chick’s parent company, Golden Tree restaurants, since 2022 and has overseen each of its concept’s employee staffing, payroll, performance, and internal human resource initiatives. Prior to joining Golden Chick and Golden Tree Restaurants, Jacobi held HR roles at Chuck E. Cheese and Yum! Brands.

In his new role, Jason Keung will manage project design, scheduling, budgeting, and deliverables and serve as the primary liason between the KAI Design team and its clients. In her new role, Meredith Talley will focus on sales outreach, new client acquisitions, and other business development initiatives. The company’s outsourced oil and gas services include joint interest billing and revenue accounting, division orders, maintenance of pay decks, title records, and monitoring all transactional activity. Prior to joining Fort Worth-based Valor, Talley held roles with Hunt Oil Co., Denbury Resources, Exxon subsidiary XTO Energy, and more. She joins Valor from Quinn Resources, where she worked as a landman.
