In his new role for Fort Worth-based hospice, home health, and personal care provider Jet Health, Larry Nabb will oversee operations and business functions, as well as growth and acquisition strategies. Jet Health’s operations span 16 markets across the U.S., which are branded under the Jet Health umbrella as Klarus, First Choice, Hospice de la Luz, and Trio. He previously served as CEO and board member for Providence Care, a home health, hospice, and house call provider serving the Southeast U.S.

Trez Capital

John Hutchinson, Co-Chief Executive Officer and Global Head of Origination

As the former leader of Vancouver-based Trez Capital Morely Greene transitions to an executive chairman role, he will pass the torch to Dallas-based John Hutchison and Vancouver-based Dean Kirkham, who will lead the company as co-CEOs. Hutchinson has played a vital role in the growth of the firm’s Dallas office, which launched in 2013, and after rising through the ranks, became partner in 2021. The Dallas office has financed deals for developers such as Hines, Centurion American, Huffines Communities, and more.  In his new role as co-CEO and global head of origination, Hutchinson will continue focusing on the firm’s debt and equity origination business. Kirkham will continue focusing on risk and capital raising for the firm.

Julie Diaz previously served as the executive vice president and COO of The Dallas Foundation, where she helped lead operations and philanthropic partnerships and managed increases in contributions and grant-making. She will now take the helm of the nonprofit as former leader Matthew Randazzo steps down to pursue a new role at the Greater Cincinnati Foundation. Prior to joining The Dallas Foundation in 2019, Diaz served as chief advancement officer at The Perot Museum of Nature and Science.

Dr. Jennifer Welser will lead CityVet’s growth initiatives and elevate the company’s clinical learning and development program. She will also lead the company’s innovation strategy. Her focus will driving awareness of CityVet’s veterinary ownership model. Dr. Welser most recently served as chief medical officer at Mars Veterinary Health. She also served clinically and in senior leadership at BluePearl Veterinary Partners and founded Veterinary Eye Specialists.

In her new role, Kathy Limmer will build, grow, and sustain strong relationships with donors. Limmer joins United Way following nine years as the assistant head of school for advancement at the Taipei American School. Prior to that, she was the director of development and external affairs at The Hockaday School. While there, she managed Hockaday’s $100 million campaign and centennial. She is also a former associate dean at Texas Christian University.

Keith Oltchick joined Remington Hotels in 2020 as senior vice president of acquisitions and development, focused on acquiring properties in the Caribbean and the U.S. He was promoted to executive vice president of business development in 2022 and will now execute the overall business development vision, strategy, plans, and processes to increase revenue, expand markets, and ensure Remington accomplishes financial objectives. Prior to joining Remington, Oltchick worked for ten years in business development at Pyramid Hotel Group.
