Randall Miller joins Munsch Hardt from Kirkland & Ellis, where he was a partner in the General Litigation Group. While at Kirkland, he defended clients facing class action antitrust claims and consumer protection claims, served as appellate counsel in commercial litigation matters, and advised corporate clients on the Texas anti-boycott laws. Munsch Hardt continues to strategically grow in each of its offices, now with 165 total attorneys, a 141 percent growth from five years ago.

Selase Dow, Chief Operating Officer

In his new role, Selase Dow is responsible for building and scaling New York-based Yuvo Health’s care operations to ensure success for their Federally Qualified Health Centers partners, which includes managed care contracting, customer success, and both internal and client operations. Dow will be based in Coppell and will work to grow a Dallas team. Dow most recently served as COO at Innovista Health Solutions, where he established a company-wide operational infrastructure to support government and commercial population health programs.

Misti Meggs, Chief Commercial Officer

Misti Meggs joined Mohr Partners in 2007, working in business development before steadily rising to her most recent position of managing partner, strategy and growth. In her expanded role, Meggs will oversee the delivery and execution of corporate real estate solutions to the firm’s occupier clients across all markets and service lines. She also will support business development efforts by working closely with Mohr Partners’ brokers, service-line professionals, third-party strategic partners, and shareholders.

Tyler Tillery, Managing Director

In his new role, Tyler Tillery will oversee all industrial transactions throughout the DFW metroplex and help facilitate division growth and strategic direction. Tillery joins Whitebox from NAI Robert Lynn, where he served as vice president of the Industrial Division since 2021. There, he focused on the Las Colinas and Walnut Hill/Stemmons submarkets. Whitebox plans to nearly triple its broker count over the next two years and expects to have 50 employees by 2025. The firm is also eyeing new markets to more than double its presence in the coming years.

Steve Triolet, Senior Vice President, Research and Market Forecasting

In his new role, Steve Triolet will champion national research initiatives, representing Partners across all markets in research, thought leadership, market forecasting, and industry participation. Prior to Partners, Triolet served as director of research at Younger Partners, where he was primarily responsible for explanations of market trends through presentations, industry publications, and social media.
