Julie Arrowsmith, Interim Chief Executive Officer

Julie Arrowsmith

Julie Arrowsmith previously served as president and CFO for Dallas-based G6 Hospitality, the parent company behind Motel 6 and Studio 6. She succeeds former CEO Rob Palleschi, who has accepted a new role at the helm of American Campus Communities. As president and CFO, Arrowsmith was responsible for all finance and revenue-driving efforts, including the oversight of the revenue management, sales and e-commerce departments. She joined G6 in 1995 as executive vice president, finance. Prior to joining G6, Arrowsmith worked on the audit team at Deloitte.

NuVinAir

Marty Schoenthaler, President and Chief Franchising Officer

Marty Schoenthaler

Marty Schoenthaler joined NuVinAir in 2021 from Tate Boys Tire & Service, one of the largest independent tire dealers in Oklahoma, where he served as CEO. Earlier in his career, he served as chief information officer at Archer Daniels Midland Company, as well as general manager of corporate information technology at ConocoPhillips. He will maintain his role as chief franchise officer for NuVinAir, in addition to assuming his new role as president. Dallas-based NuVinAir is a franchise company that creates healthy vehicle interiors for the automotive industry.

Katten

Cheryl Camin Murray, Partner

Cheryl Camin Murray counsels healthcare clients through complex regulatory and compliance matters. She recently served as chief legal officer to GI Alliance, the nation’s largest private equity-supported gastrointestinal physician practice management company, where she worked for more than 18 months. She joined Katten’s Dallas office as a partner in 2018, and played a key role in expanding the firm’s presence in Dallas. She left in 2021 and now rejoins, advising on licensing, contractual and liability matters, and compliance with an array of statutes and regulations. Camin Murray is also president of the Dallas Bar Association.

MOGL

Kate Reinmiller, Chief Operating Officer

Kate Reinmiller

As COO of NIL tech company MOGL, Kate Reinmiller will manage business segments against revenue targets and other KPIs. She will also assist in strategy development and execution and manage reporting mechanisms to effectively track company health and employee performance. Prior to joining MOGL, Reinmiller held multiple roles at early-stage companies.  Most recently she was co-Founder and chief revenue officer at Boltive, an AdTech SaaS platform that prevents malware in digital advertising. In her role, Reinmiller oversaw sales, marketing, and account management, building teams and processes from the ground up.

David Zoller, Executive Vice President

David Zoller is focused on investment sales and retail project leasing, as well as tenant representation for a select group of retailers, in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. He is a consistent statewide top producer for Weitzman. He joined Weitzman in 2005 as senior vice president. Prior to that, he served as a founding partner at Image Dynamics for 11 years. Zoller served as a board member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and NTCAR. He served on the board and executive board of Akiba Academy of Dallas for more than eight years.

Jason Dodson, Senior Vice President

Prior to joining JLL, Jason Dodson served as senior director at Cushman & Wakefield, where he spent more than six years providing tenant representation services and advising corporate clients with local and multi-market site selection, acquisitions, dispositions and lease and purchase negotiations. Dodson will specialize in office tenant representation, while also servicing clients across a range of asset classes. He will work under Torrey Littlejohn and Bret Hefton, who lead JLL’s Dallas office tenant representation team.

Joanne Lovato, Vice President, Marketing

Joanne Lovato’s new role will focus on audience development and ticket sales, corporate partnership activation and strategy, and team coverage on the club’s digital channels. Lovato joins the Dallas Stars after serving as vice president of Brand Marketing for Skillz, a California-based mobile games competition platform. In her role with Skillz, Lovato was tasked with strategic brand development and partnership procurement to drive player consideration and acquisition. While there, she managed a pilot influencer program to help drive platform downloads and engagement. Prior to her time at Skillz, Lovato was head of brand marketing for the west division of PepsiCo Beverages North America. In this role, she led an integrated team across major markets to develop locally relevant campaigns and 360 brand building initiatives for the company’s beverage portfolio.

Sharon Webster Tolin, Vice President of Product Development

In her new role, Sharon Webster Tolin will lead a team of food scientists and chefs that help customers translate consumer demands into products, working closely with Carrolton-based Illes Foods’ food safety and quality assurance, operations, marketing, sales and supply chain teams. She will also help plan and managing new product development. Webster Tolin previously led her own marketing and innovation consulting firm. Prior to that, she served as senior director, menu innovation for Yum! Brands and director, menu management marketing for McDonald’s.

Bart Calahan has been involved with GFWAR since 2015, where he has served on the Governmental Affairs, Global, and Technology Committees, and chaired the TREPAC and Business After Hours Committees. In 2019, he received the President’s Award, which is given by the outgoing association president to the member who contributed most to their leadership success. Calahan’s goal is to increase member involvement and awareness of the vital role the Association plays in the real estate industry, and to leave his tenure as president with the Association in a stronger position than when he began.
