Mary Brinegar, President and CEO

Mary Brinegar has been with the Dallas Arboretum for more than two decades, developing over 60 percent of the garden and its personnel. Brinegar will retire within the coming year. The Dallas Arboretum will form a committee to execute a national search for its next president and CEO.

As part of the leadership team, Centola will be responsible for overseeing the company’s international growth. Before joining CEC, Mario served as Senior Vice President at Six Flags Entertainment overseeing planning, engineering, maintenance, and corporate partnerships.

Charmaine Tang, President

With more than 25 years of experience in finance, Tang joined tech SaaS company ORCA AG as president, serving global families, foundations, corporations, professional services, and other complex clients. Most recently, Tang was a senior client strategist at BNY Mellon. She serves on the board of directors of the Texas Women’s Foundation and the Dallas Symphony Association.

Blane O’Banion, Senior VP

In O’Banion’s new position as senior VP, he will manage a portfolio of properties for the company’s Asset Management division. Before his promotion to the Asset Management Division, O’Banion was senior VP of portfolio leasing and managed a team and directed leasing.

James Stein, Senior VP, Occupier

Stein joins CBRE Fort Worth and will represent the real estate needs for tenants across North America. Prior to joining CBRE, Stein worked at Cushman & Wakefield. In his career, Stein has represented companies such as Dyson, Coca-Cola, Workday, and Mastercard.

Kelly Morris, Professional Services Practice Leader

Morris comes to Cooksey Communications with strong experience in public relations. Prior to stepping into her new position as practice leader for the firm, Morris worked as VP of communications at the Dallas Regional Chamber, where she headed multiple newsletters and developed content.

Linda McMahon, President and CEO

McMahon has been appointed to the city of Dallas Economic Development Corp.’s board of directors where she will be responsible for guidance, oversight, and support to the EDC, including participation in strategic planning and monitoring of programs and services.
