Mark Wade, Chief Executive Officer

Mark Wade will take the helm of Bank of Texas on January 1. Norm Bagwell, who has guided the bank for more than 15 years, will transition into a new part-time role. Wade joined Bank of Texas in 2001, most recently serving as executive director for the company’s commercial banking division. In his new role, he will lead the company’s growth and strategy and be responsible for commercial banking, commercial finance, and equipment leasing. Before joining Bank of Texas, he worked for Chase Bank and Bank of America.

Gensler
Deeg Snyder, Co-Managing Director

Deeg Snyder will join Steven Upchurch, who has served as a co-managing director of Gensler with Cindy Simpson for five years. In addition to taking on his new role, Snyder will continue in his current capacity as Studio Director and Retail Practice Area Leader. He has been at Gensler, an architecture, design, and planning firm, for 22 years and has worked on projects at 12 Gensler offices, ranging from retail prototype and roll-out programs, to large-scale commercial and mixed-use repositioning.

Teach For America
Rea Foster, Senior Vice President, Regional Development

In the newly-created role on Teach For America’s Development Team, Rea Foster will lead the regional fundraising model. During her time with Teach For America, she has raised nearly $100 million for the nonprofit, across revenue streams in DFW and DC. Before joining Teach For America, she was an attorney for Austin-based Beveridge & Diamond. Foster will assume her new role on September 6.

PlainsCapital Bank
Gary Jackson, Senior Vice President, Senior Wealth Strategist

In his new role, Gary Jackson will develop financial plans and investment strategies for clients. He has joined The Private Bank at PlainsCapital and will be at the Hillcrest Avenue location in Dallas. Previously, he worked for McElhenny Sheffield Capital Management. Prior to that, he held various roles at JP Morgan for 15 years.

Colliers DFW
Mason Pritcher, Associate Vice President

In his new role on Colliers’ office agency leasing team, Mason Pritcher will focus on marketing and leasing office properties in the Dallas market and helping to grow the existing portfolio. Before joining Colliers, he held multiple positions at Holt Lunsford Commercial and was most recently a market director. He has also worked for Karsten Advisors, Lululemon, and Golfsmith International.

Jack Beare, Associate Vice President

Similar to Pritcher, Jack Beare will also focus on office properties in Dallas and growing Colliers’ existing portfolio. Before joining Colliers, he held multiple positions at Holt Lunsford Commercial, including market director, market associate, and market analyst. Colliers is a professional services and investment management company.

OpTic Gaming
Rachel Alexander, Director of Sales and Partnerships

Rachel Alexander has joined eports and entertainment organization OpTic in its growing national sales team. She will work from the company’s Dallas-based headquarters. Alexander previously held a senior role with TEGNA’s Integrated Audience Solutions division. She has also worked with Cumulus Sportsradio and Infinity Broadcasting.
