Mike Burns has been promoted from his previous role as RAVE’S chief operations officer. Burns has helped improve RAVE’S supply chain and franchise development initiatives during his two years with the company. Before joining RAVE, he led a team of multi-unit operators responsible for 80 restaurants as vice president of operations for Pei Wei. Dallas-based RAVE owns, licenses, franchises, and supplies Pie Five and Pizza Inn restaurants domestically and internationally.

Stream Realty Partners

Blake Kendrick, Chief Operating Officer

Blake Kendrick will replace Liz Sheff, who is retiring after 12 years at Stream Realty Partners. Kendrick joined Stream 16 years ago and has held several leadership positions, including his most recent post as executive managing director of its Dallas-Fort Worth market. In his new role, Kendrick will continue managing the Dallas and Fort Worth operations. He will also work alongside Stream’s president on the company’s vision and growth strategy.

DEC Network

Tarsha Hearns, Senior Director Southern Ecco System

Tarsha Hearns will replace Demetra Brown. In her new role, Hearns will help women and entrepreneurs of color start, build, and grow their businesses and will be in charge of strategic planning and operations for the DEC’s Southern Ecco System. Before joining DEC, Hearns launched and oversaw day-to-day operations at Liftfund DFW’s Women’s Business Center, helping provide resources to women entrepreneurs.

Lori Oliphant has joined the Dallas office of Steptoe & Johnson. She will be part of the firm’s Labor and Employment Department and will focus her practice on employee benefits and compensation matters. Her clients include Fortune 500 companies, tax-exempt entities, governmental entities, real estate funds, private investment funds, and investment managers.
