As CFO, Brian Gurley will lead Richardson-based tech company Enseo’s financial operations, overseeing strategies for growing in the hospitality, senior living, and education sectors. Before joining Enseo, Gurley served as CFO of Magnitude Software for two years, where he focused on accounting, treasury, and more. Gurley also previously served as director and senior CFO consultant at CBIZ Private Equity Advisory.

James Murray-Coleman, Director of Sustainability

In his new role, James Murray-Coleman will work with capital partners and TCC teams worldwide to evaluate and implement new sustainability strategies. He will also develop TCC’s new partnership with Altus Power. Prior to his recent promotion, Murray-Coleman has been senior vice president at TCC for 24 years, where he was responsible for all aspects of design, entitlement, permitting, and approvals for new commercial developments.

Johnathan Jordan, Vice President of Legal

Johnathan Jordan previously served as a litigation and esports attorney with Kane Russel Coleman Logan in Dallas. In his new role at Dallas-based Envy Gaming, Jordan will oversee legal aspects of business, including entertainment, live events, professional esports players, and more. Jordan also serves as an organizer of DFW Esports Meetups and a member of the board of directors of Esports Trade Association.

Sarah Anderson, Senior Managing Director

Sarah Anderson joined Newmark in 2019, and is now responsible for senior housing-related debt origination and structured finance throughout the United States after being promoted from her most recent role as managing director. Prior to joining Newmark, she served as director of the HFF National Seniors Housing Group, where she assisted in nationwide exclusive brokerage services, existing, new construction, and presale assets.
