Succeeding former chairman and CEO Charlie Morrison, who recently announced his acceptance of a new post at Arizona-based Salad To Go, Michael Skipworth will take the lead of Dallas-based Wingstop. Skipworth joined Wingstop in 2014 and has since served in various leadership roles including EVP, CFO, and most recently president and COO. In 2015, Skipworth helped the brand IPO. Before joining Wingstop, he also served as senior vice president of finance and accounting at Cardinal Logistics Holdings for four years, and as senior manager at KPMG’s audit department for seven years.

Susan Salka, Retiring

AMN president and CEO Susan Salka will step down by year’s end after more than 32 years with the company. Salka joined AMN in 1990 and rose through positions including chief operating officer, chief financial officer, executive vice president, and vice president of business development. She was named president and a member of the board in 2003. She became CEO in 2005 when AMN posted revenue of $706 million. At the close of her leadership, AMN is delivering over $4 billion in annualized revenue.

Beth Bull, Retired

Beth Bull is stepping down as senior vice president and chief financial officer after 14 years with the nonprofit. She was responsible for CFT’s budget and led finance, audit, and human resources, and more. Bull also led the nonprofit’s expansion, growth, performance and investment management strategies. Before she joined CFT in 2008, she served as vice president and treasurer of Texas Instruments for twenty-five years.

Jim Berry, Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President

Jim Berry will fill Beth Bulls’ previous position, managing CFT’s assets across more than 1,200 charitable funds and supporting operational planning and evaluation. He will also be responsible for financial reports, performance, direction and more. Before Berry joined CFT, he was the CFO at Harwood International, where he planned, managed, and controlled its finances.

Retaining her role as chief marketing officer, Amy Phillips has been promoted to co-lead the brand’s franchising phase as president. Phillips joined Altitude in 2020 as EVP and head of brand experience, becoming chief marketing officer in 2021. She previously co-founded then served as executive marketing consultant for Powerhouse Marketing for seven years, where she worked with brands including Walt Disney Company, Oncor, City of Dallas, and more.

Vincent Lyons, Chief Technology Officer

In his new role at air purification company ActivePure, Vincent Lyons will help direct strategies in innovation. Lyons previously served as senior engineering leader at Raytheon Technologies for four years, where he was responsible for managing the Texas and east coast operations for lateral test capabilities. Before joining Ratheon, Lyons also served as president and CEO of bottling equipment company National Instrument dba Filamatic.

Robert King, Chief Accounting Officer

Prior to Remington, he served in numerous leadership roles at Hilton Worldwide, including vice president of finance for 11 years and director of finance for two years.

Keith Oltchick, Executive Vice President of Business Development

Prior to his promotion, Keith Oltchick served as senior vice president of acquisitions and development, where he was responsible for expanding Remington’s third-party management platform, acquisitions, and more. In his new role, he will focus primarily on growth with capital partners and mentoring the company’s business development team. Before Oltchick joined Remington, he served as senior vice president of business development at Pyramid Hotel Group for three years and VP of business development for ten years.

Zach Cunningham, Vice President of Analytics

Zach Cunningham will grow Remington’s business analytics team and manage third-party growth. Cunningham has been with Remington for more than eight years, where he has served as senior director of analytics and business intelligence for more than two years, and director of analytics for more than a year. In 2018, Cunningham’s team spearheaded the development of the company’s business intelligence platform, REMi.

Laura Simmons, Vice President of Corporate Human Resources

Roy served as general manager of the Hilton Boston Logan Airport for four years, where he oversaw a multi-million-dollar guestroom renovation. Roy also served as general manager at HEI Hotels & Resorts for three years.

Gail Cavanagh, Project Architect

Gail Cavanagh will spearhead projects in Premier’s portfolio and manage the firm’s hospitality, multifamily, and student housing projects.
