Join D CEO and local thought leaders on Tuesday, Feb. 22, as we kick off our 2022 DEI series with a special presentation on strategies for retaining team members. Learn ways to help make your company an employer of choice in the battle for talent.

Workplace leader Lisa M. Ong, president and founder of Wishing Out Loud, will dive into how to create a workplace where employees want to be. Full of practical advice—and the research behind it—her insights will help you re-recruit and re-engage your employees and learn how inclusion and belonging can change your company’s culture.

Ong is an award-winning DEI consultant, speaker, and executive coach, and is a widely known “talent gardener” and “inclusion connector.” Her presentation will be followed by a Q&A with D CEO’s editor, Christine Perez.

Tickets are $60 and include breakfast, presentation, networking with other thought leaders, and the opportunity to ask questions. The event will run from 9-11 a.m. at Communities Foundation of Texas located at 5500 Caruth Haven Ln, Dallas, TX 75225. 

Masks are required, unless actively eating or drinking.
