Workplace leader Lisa M. Ong, president and founder of Wishing Out Loud, will dive into how to create a workplace where employees want to be. Full of practical advice—and the research behind it—her insights will help you re-recruit and re-engage your employees and learn how inclusion and belonging can change your company’s culture.

Ong is an award-winning DEI consultant, speaker, and executive coach, and is a widely known “talent gardener” and “inclusion connector.” Her presentation will be followed by a Q&A with D CEO’s editor, Christine Perez.

Tickets are $60 and include breakfast, presentation, networking with other thought leaders, and the opportunity to ask questions. The event will run from 9-11 a.m. at Communities Foundation of Texas located at 5500 Caruth Haven Ln, Dallas, TX 75225.
