Luis Gonzalez joins The Society of St. Vincent de Paul after 25 years at Allstate Insurance. He previously served as the vice president of service delivery at Hudson Advisors. Gonzalez’s new responsibilities will include programs including the St. Vincent de Paul Pharmacy, StudyTime, the Mini Loan Program, and the St. Vincent Center.

Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas at Las Colinas

Tony France, Executive Chef

Tony France will be the first new Exec. Chef in more than 20 years at Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas. He will be oversee the resort’s four restaurants and bars, members only dining outlets, private dining, and more. He joins Four Seasons after four years as executive sous chef with the Ritz Carlton in Santa Barbara, California.

Dr. Michelle Forbes, Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Forbes has previously been the medical director of community health at Catalyst since 2020, where she addressed healthcare inequality in Dallas. Dr. Forbes’ new role will include leading the company’s team of medical directors in the Southwest. Concurrent to this role, Dr. Forbes will also serve as chief medical officer for the Catalyst Community Foundation, working to expand the foundation’s impact through community-based sites for primary care and pharmacy services.

Dr. Forbes assumes the previous role of Dr. Jeff Bullard, who will be stepping into a chief product strategy officer role. Bullard has been with Catalyst for six years. His newest responsibilities will include leading product development and advancement.

Dr. Matt Weyenberg, Chief Medical Officer for Catalyst Senior Health Network

Dr. Weyenberg will lead Catalyst’s engagement and performance among Medicare-focused memberships. Dr. Weyenberg previously served as senior market medical director at WellMed. Prior to that, he was cofounder and chief medical information officer of Village Health Partners in Plano, where he worked in private practice for 12 years.

Jenna Hemmingway will continue in her role as senior vice president network strategy and operations and take on a new role as executive director. Hemmingway has worked with Catalyst for seven years. She was previously business development manager for StratiFi Health.

Kathryn Allen previously worked at the American Heart Association for seven years, overseeing development in North Texas’ four counties. She also has previous experience serving in senior vice president roles for Planned Parenthood, Methodist Health System, and National Math and Science Initiative.
