Luis Gonzalez, Chief Executive Officer
Luis Gonzalez joins The Society of St. Vincent de Paul after 25 years at Allstate Insurance. He previously served as the vice president of service delivery at Hudson Advisors. Gonzalez’s new responsibilities will include programs including the St. Vincent de Paul Pharmacy, StudyTime, the Mini Loan Program, and the St. Vincent Center.

Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas at Las Colinas

Tony France, Executive Chef
Tony France will be the first new Exec. Chef in more than 20 years at Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas. He will be oversee the resort’s four restaurants and bars, members only dining outlets, private dining, and more. He joins Four Seasons after four years as executive sous chef with the Ritz Carlton in Santa Barbara, California.

Catalyst Health Group

Dr. Michelle Forbes, Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Forbes has previously been the medical director of community health at Catalyst since 2020, where she addressed healthcare inequality in Dallas. Dr. Forbes’ new role will include leading the company’s team of medical directors in the Southwest. Concurrent to this role, Dr. Forbes will also serve as chief medical officer for the Catalyst Community Foundation, working to expand the foundation’s impact through community-based sites for primary care and pharmacy services.

Dr. Jeff Bullard, Chief Product Strategy Officer
Dr. Forbes assumes the previous role of Dr. Jeff Bullard, who will be stepping into a chief product strategy officer role. Bullard has been with Catalyst for six years. His newest responsibilities will include leading product development and advancement.

Dr. Matt Weyenberg, Chief Medical Officer for Catalyst Senior Health Network
Dr. Weyenberg will lead Catalyst’s engagement and performance among Medicare-focused memberships. Dr. Weyenberg previously served as senior market medical director at WellMed. Prior to that, he was cofounder and chief medical information officer of Village Health Partners in Plano, where he worked in private practice for 12 years.

Jenna Hemmingway, Senior Vice President of Network Strategy and Operations and Executive Director
Jenna Hemmingway will continue in her role as senior vice president network strategy and operations and take on a new role as executive director. Hemmingway has worked with Catalyst for seven years. She was previously business development manager for StratiFi Health.

YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas

Kathryn Allen, Chief Development Officer and Senior Vice President
Kathryn Allen previously worked at the American Heart Association for seven years, overseeing development in North Texas’ four counties. She also has previous experience serving in senior vice president roles for Planned Parenthood, Methodist Health System, and National Math and Science Initiative.

Atlantic Aviation

Paula Sacks, Chief Human Resources Officer
Paula Sacks will be overseeing talent recruitment and DEI efforts in her newly created role with fixed-based operator aviation company Atlantic Aviation. Previously she worked at Engie North America, a clean energy company, as chief human resources officer for three and a half years, leading communications, marketing, and corporate social responsibility for North America.

Sara E. Payne, Valuation and Advisory Senior Managing Director and Market Co-Leader of Texas and Lousiana
Sara Payne’s recent promotion comes after four years as a vice president with Newmark. In her new role, she will co-lead Texas and Louisiana markets. Prior to joining Newmark, Payne served as a vice president at JLL.

Omni Hotels & Resorts

Jeff Smith, Vice President and Managing Director
Jeff Smith has been with Omni Hotels and Resorts for nearly 20 years, most recently serving as general manager at Omni Frisco Hotel and area managing director. In his new role at the Frisco PGA development, he will oversee all aspects of the complex, including the resort’s operation, and implement property-wide brand services.

Gus Tejada, Director of Sales and Marketing
Gus Tejada most recently led marketing for Four Seasons Las Vegas for seven years. His previous experience also includes roles with Atlantis, Paradise Island in the Bahamas, The Mirage in Las Vegas, and Bellagio Las Vegas. In Tejada’s new role, he will lead Omni PGA Frisco’s sales and marketing efforts and oversee hotel operations and management.

Matt Gray, Vice President of Product
Matt Gray will oversee vision, strategy, and execution for the group’s namesake dating site. Gray’s decade of industry experience includes a post in product leadership at Facebook and a post as director of product at Zipcar.

Dan Dionne, Vice President of Sales
In his new role as vice president of sales, Dan Dionne will be responsible for the overseeing of OneDay’s sales team. He has nearly ten years of leadership and sales experience, coming to OneDay from a six year stint at CarGurus.

Ryan Gray, Director
Ryan Gray previously held a post as director of digital consulting at Big Four firm KPMG. In his new position at OneDay, he will direct product management and user experience, overseeing product development, working to improve user experience, and more.

Raj Roy, Vice President of Special Products
Raj Roy will join third-party due dilligence real estate firm BBG in a newly created position for special projects, where he will take charge of cross-functional improvements of the firm’s operations, systems, and collaborations with internal stakeholders. This includes identifying, planning, and executing firmwide initiatives and providing hands-on project execution support, including requirements definition, design, issue resolution, quality assurance, and procedures documentation. Roy previously served as VP at McKinsey & Co. in Austin.
