Shotter most recently served as president of Condado Tacos, and prior to that was CEO of Backyard Burgers. Shotter and Fuzzy’s Taco Shop CEO Paul Damico served together at Moe’s Southwest Grill as vice president and CEO, respectively, and led the team that grew the brand from 200 to 700 units. Now, Shotter plans to implement the infrastructure, processes, and procedures to ready the brand for growth over the next five years.

Eric Hansen has been promoted to principal as part of a collection of promotions at McKool Smith in Texas and New York. Hansen joined McKool Smith as an associate in 2011, and has worked his way through the ranks. He now represents companies as plaintiffs and defendants in intellectual property actions spanning the chemical, electrical, and mechanical arts. He handles all phases of litigation.

In his new role, David Nakhleh will work with bank customers to integrate CollateralEdge’s technology across the bank’s rigorous underwriting process, driving attractive loan opportunities. Nakhleh spent roughly 15 years working with  commercial customers at institutions such as Bank of America and Veritex Community Bank. He was most recently vice president at Bank of Texas.
