Doug Willmarth, President

Doug Willmarth served as a chief brand officer for Genghis Grill-parent company Mongolian Concepts for four years prior to joining Plano-based Mooyah. He has also held leadership roles at Wingstop, where he was chief marketing officer, Chili’s, Kraft Foods, PepsiCo, and Yum! Brands.

Alicia Duque

Alicia Duque, Chief Executive Officer

Alicia Duque began her career in gemology working with Joan Hornig, celebrity jewelry designer and co-founder of Philanthropy is Beautiful and Pavé The Way, in New York. Now, she will work with Hornig again as the brands’ leader. She relocated to Dallas in 2015 and has worked with national jewelers as well as co-founded her own jewelry business.

Rajat Sharma

Rajat Sharma, Chief Technology Officer

Rajat Sharma is being promoted to chief technology officer at Visible, a Verizon company, after five years with Verizon. Previously, he managed the Verizon 5G program for the company’s Global Technology Services business, setting up and scaling its sales and service platforms. He also led teams around chatbots, AI and machine learning, and product integration at New-York based Fios Digital, another Verizon company.

Dallas Museum of Art

Brad Pritchett

Brad Pritchett, Chief Marketing and Communications Officer

In his role at the Dallas Museum of Art, Brad Pritchett will be responsible for managing the museum’s marketing and communications and leading its brand strategy. Pritchett joins the DMA after serving since 2017 as the vice president of marketing and communications in North Texas for the American Heart Association. He is also senior chairman of Black Tie Dinner, the nation’s largest one-night LGBTQ charity gala.

Patrick Jones

Patrick Jones, Principal, Science and Technology Studio Leader of Dallas

In this role, Patrick Jones will lead efforts in Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana, and collaborate with teams across the firm’s Science and Technology Practice to design innovative research environments. Jones comes to SmithGroup from the Dallas office of TreanorHL, where he served as a principal in the science and technology studio.

Randall E. Stebbins

Randall E. Stebbins, Executive Vice President

Currently the director of asset management for the Dallas-Fort Worth office of commercial real estate firm Weitzman, Randall E. Stebbins has been promoted to executive vice president. In his role, he will lead a team of asset managers that handle a portfolio of DFW shopping centers managed and leased by Weitzman. Prior to joining Weitzman, Stebbins served as director of development for Barnes & Noble Booksellers, where he handled store expansion planning, site selection, legal, lease negotiations, and construction activities for a 22-state region.

Jennifer Chandler

Jennifer Chandler, Senior Vice President of Asset Management

In her new role, Jennifer Chandler oversees the asset management of a portfolio of retail centers in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Prior to joining Weitzman, Chandler’s commercial real estate experience included working as asset and marketing manager for Trimont Real Estate Advisors.

Bernard Shaw

Bernard Shaw, Senior Vice President of Asset Management

Previously holding a post as vice president of asset management with Weitzman, Bernard Shaw has been promoted to a senior role. He now oversees the asset management of a portfolio of retail centers in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, special development and redevelopment projects, and serves as fiduciary and owners’ representative for projects where he directs and stewards the performance and operations of shopping centers containing over 1.5 million square feet. Prior to Weitzman, he served as partner with GMS Emerging Ventures.

Mary Kate Jeffries

Mary Kate Jeffries, Vice President and Account Manager

Mary Kate Jeffries has been promoted to her new VP role after nearly a year with Cooksey. Her public relations clients include Anna Economic Development, City of Richardson, Credit Union of Texas, and The Real Estate Council. She was previously a communications writer for Auberge Resorts Collection.

Mallorie Anderson

Mallorie Andersen, Account Supervisor

Mallorie Andersen has held various account and brand manager roles in DFW marketing agencies, including Agency Habitat and No Limit Agency. She was also previously media relations coordinator for Texas Motor Speedway. In her new role, she provides public relations services for professional services, commercial real estate, and economic development clients, including Weil, Jackson-Shaw, and Irving Economic Development Partnership.

Duane Henley, Executive Managing Director

Duane Henley, and his colleague Nathan Durham, join Newmark from Transwestern. Henley previously served as a managing director for 11 years.

Josh Rayles, Director of Dallas Operations

Josh Rayles held a VP role at Corgan, where he worked for 15 years, until 2017. He then became senior architect and project manager at Mead Hunt before joining Moody Nolan. He has led multiple architectural projects in DFW, including CPS Energy Headquarters, Traxxas Headquarters, Hermann Park Residence, New Parkland Hospital, Dallas City Performance Hall. He will be working on the Dallas-Fort Worth Airport as master architect on the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center Feasibility Study.

In her new role, Mar-Louise van der Merwe is responsible for portfolio reporting, accounting, and compliance for the corporate entities of one of Rainier’s investment partners. She began her career in public accounting with BDO in South Africa, auditing clients across various industries.

In her new post, she works at The Retail Connection in the Cromwell Research Center as Graphic GIS Analyst.
