Jason Williamson, Chief Operations Officer

Jason Williamson has been promoted from his previous role as vice president of operations to lead general operations for the company, including employee satisfaction and retention and overall client satisfaction. Williamson has been with Dunaway for 15 years.

Thomas “Mac” Marlow

Thomas “Mac” Marlow Jr., Chief Information Officer

As CIO, Thomas “Mac” Marlow will lead Southwestern Health Resources’ information technology strategy, operations, and analytics, with a specialization in strengthening the technology relationship with Texas Health Resources and UT Southwestern Medical Center. His position will require optimizing current systems and increasing clinical efficiency for 5,500 physicians and clinicians across Southwestern Health Resources’ network.

Shashi Vangala

Shashi Vangala, Chief Data and Value Creation Officer 

In his new role, Vangala will develop data capabilities and innovation using predictive analytics and AI. Vangala is a 20-year healthcare industry veteran with experience leading data and analytics functions for healthcare organizations such as Baylor Scott & White Health, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, and Boston Children’s Hospital.

Cinemark Holdings

Melissa Thomas, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer  

Melissa Thomas joins Cinemark after serving as CFO for Groupon since 2019. Prior to her appointment as CFO, Thomas served as Groupon’s chief accounting officer and treasurer, and vice president of commercial finance before that. Before joining Groupon, she held a diverse range of senior finance positions within Surgical Care Affiliates and Orbitz. She will succeed Cinemark’s previous CFO Sean Gamble, who was promoted to president in July and will take over as CEO at the start of 2022.

William Toles

William Toles, Shareholder

William Toles joins Munsch Hardt from Fee, Smith, Sharp & Vitullo, where he has been for the past nine years, most recently serving as partner. Toles has successfully tried more than 60 civil jury trials to verdict. His trial experience throughout Texas includes tort litigation, Deceptive Trade Practices Act cases, and commercial and contractual dispute litigation.

Eli Burriss, Partner

Eli Burriss has joined the Dallas office as a partner in the commercial litigation practice, focusing on healthcare-related litigation. He was previously a partner at Holland & Knight and has focused his career on high-stakes litigation, including derivative actions, mergers and acquisitions disputes, software license and data breach litigation, antitrust litigation, and trade secret litigation

Dan Bergeron

Dan Bergeron, Controller 

As controller, Dan Bergeron will be responsible for all property accounting for Weitzman-owned and third-party managed assets. He will manage a team of about 30 accounting professionals. Bergeron was previously property controller for Dallas-based property manager Triglild. He also has prior experience with Transwestern and CBRE.

Darren Durrett

Darren Durrett, Executive Vice President of Commercial Banking 

Darren Durrett Durrett will lead the commercial banking team providing North Texas businesses, business owners, and entrepreneurs with customized banking solutions. He joins Dallas Capital Bank from Truist Bank, formally BB&T, where he most recently served as Dallas market president.

Vincent Hunter

Vincent Hunter, Senior Vice President of Design 

Vincent Hunter brings 27 years of design experience in multiple asset classes including multi-family, mixed-use, hospitality, master planning, retail, and office buildings to his new post. His new post will focus on design vision, innovation, and initiatives for StreetLights. Hunter previously worked at WDG Architecture, where he co-founded the Dallas office in 1998. While working at WDG, Hunter designed early StreetLights projects The Kenzie, The Kelton, The Case, Flatiron, The Austin, and The Cameron.

Kevin Schoolcraft

Kevin Schoolcraft, Vice President of Healthcare Development

Kevin Schoolcraft will be responsible for helping lead the growth and strategy for Ryan’s Healthcare division in the Midwest and South Central regions, covering all sectors of the healthcare space including hospitals, surgery centers, medical office buildings, rehabilitation centers, transitional care centers, specialty centers, and labs. Prior to joining Ryan, he was president of Eiger Real Estate Partners and held several roles with Fillmore Capital Partners.

Rachel Nader

Rachel Nader, Assistant Vice President of Client Success Operations and Enablement 

In her new role, Rachel Nadar will oversee the Implementation team, the creation and delivery of training for partners, and all partner-facing resources at OneDay, a company best known for video storytelling in senior living communities. In addition, she will refine OneDay’s data metrics and KPIs and work closely with the client success team. Nadar previously worked for North Carolina-based healthcare staffing company Matchwell.

Richard Palagano

Richard Palagano, Director of Strategic Procurement 

In his new position, Richard Palagano will solidify and grow Premier’s relationships with vendors worldwide. He will also lead the firm’s efforts to ensure its clients are maximizing efficiency. He was previously vice president of the East region for New York professional service company FSIC.

Cathy Jennings, Director of Procurement 

Cathy Jennings will manage procurement services and the supply chain for numerous projects. She will also support new construction and renovation projects for both hospitality and multifamily properties. Jennings previously was a director at hospitality procurement services provider Avendra.

Grayson Hughes

Grayson Hughes, Director of Industrial Development Services 

Grayson Hughes will be responsible for expanding Stream’s industrial development capabilities throughout Texas and Colorado. Hughes has managed more than 13 million square feet of industrial and office projects, where he handled all aspects of the assignment, from site selection and zoning to permitting and construction administration. He was previously a market leader at WGI.

Steven Klingele

Steven Klingele, Director of Research and Analytics 

Steven Klingele was most recently director of consumer insights and innovation at Mission Foods and brings knowledge and research expertise to AFM’s analytics and consumer research efforts. In his new role at AFM, he will maximize the company’s marketing analytics and deliver consumer insights inspiring constant innovation and optimization.

Kelly Burke

Kelly Burke, Associate Brand Director 

Former PepsiCo’s brand portfolio marketer, Kelly Burke, will now lead brand efforts for Avocados From Mexico, working with digital marketing and marketing media, data, analytics, and consumer insights teams. Burke spent several years in the immediate consumption portfolio team at Frito-Lay North America as well as experience driving product and marketing innovation to her new post.

Denise McMullen

Denise McMullen, Corporate Accountant 

As corporate accountant, Denise McMullen will be responsible for general accounting and reporting for corporate and investor entities. She has more than 20 years of experience and has worked primarily in the real estate industry. Before joining Rainier, she held roles at Hardwood International, Cypress Equities, Huffines Management Partners, and most recently with Southern Botanicals.

Mark Mentesana

Mark Mentesana, Asset Management and Acquisition Analyst 

Mark Mentesana was a manager in Baker Tilly’s consulting practice prior to his new post with Rainier. He was primarily focused on transactions, finance and accounting support, and process improvement.

Rachael Turin

Rachael Turin, Capital Markets Team Member

Rachael Turin brings a diverse 10-year background in commercial real estate to The Rainier Cos. Her primary responsibility is the execution of Rainier-led equity investment mandates with the firm’s domestic and international partners. Turin has held previous positions with Meridian Realty Advisors, where she was responsible for maintaining capital market relationships, and most recently, was director for Interprise Design, an interior design firm.
