In his new role, Vangala will develop data capabilities and innovation using predictive analytics and AI. Vangala is a 20-year healthcare industry veteran with experience leading data and analytics functions for healthcare organizations such as Baylor Scott & White Health, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, and Boston Children’s Hospital.

Melissa Thomas, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Melissa Thomas joins Cinemark after serving as CFO for Groupon since 2019. Prior to her appointment as CFO, Thomas served as Groupon’s chief accounting officer and treasurer, and vice president of commercial finance before that. Before joining Groupon, she held a diverse range of senior finance positions within Surgical Care Affiliates and Orbitz. She will succeed Cinemark’s previous CFO Sean Gamble, who was promoted to president in July and will take over as CEO at the start of 2022.

Vincent Hunter, Senior Vice President of Design
Vincent Hunter brings 27 years of design experience in multiple asset classes including multi-family, mixed-use, hospitality, master planning, retail, and office buildings to his new post. His new post will focus on design vision, innovation, and initiatives for StreetLights. Hunter previously worked at WDG Architecture, where he co-founded the Dallas office in 1998. While working at WDG, Hunter designed early StreetLights projects The Kenzie, The Kelton, The Case, Flatiron, The Austin, and The Cameron.

In her new role, Rachel Nadar will oversee the Implementation team, the creation and delivery of training for partners, and all partner-facing resources at OneDay, a company best known for video storytelling in senior living communities. In addition, she will refine OneDay’s data metrics and KPIs and work closely with the client success team. Nadar previously worked for North Carolina-based healthcare staffing company Matchwell.

He was previously a market leader at WGI.

Kelly Burke, Associate Brand Director
Former PepsiCo’s brand portfolio marketer, Kelly Burke, will now lead brand efforts for Avocados From Mexico, working with digital marketing and marketing media, data, analytics, and consumer insights teams. Burke spent several years in the immediate consumption portfolio team at Frito-Lay North America as well as experience driving product and marketing innovation to her new post.

Rachael Turin brings a diverse 10-year background in commercial real estate to The Rainier Cos. Turin has held previous positions with Meridian Realty Advisors, where she was responsible for maintaining capital market relationships, and most recently, was director for Interprise Design, an interior design firm.
