Kevin Iwersen

Kevin Iwersen, Chief Information Officer

Kevin Iwersen has experience managing technology infrastructures for corporations, state judicial courts, state executive government agencies, and U.S. military organizations, most recently serving as CIO for the Idaho Judicial Branch. He will work alongside Tyler’s chief technology officer, information security officer, and vice president of cloud strategy and operations in his new role. He will succeed former CIO Matt Bieri after Bieri’s retirement in early 2022.

James Reed

James Reed, Executive Managing Director and Partner of Development Services

James Reed will be responsible for all development and related finance activities in his new position at Paladin, including new developments, build-to-suit opportunities, redevelopment, and related construction services. Reed’s previous career has included more than $60 billion worth of projects.

Brian Colacarro

Brian Colacarro, Senior Vice President of Asset Management

In his new role, Brian Colacarro will work to expand Trademark’s asset portfolio and institutional services businesses, as well as oversee guest experience and guest services platforms. Colacarro previously served as senior vice president of commercial for Swire Properties in Miami, where he led the vision and strategy for a multibillion-dollar mixed-use development and oversaw real estate assets of more than $5 billion.

Matt Mallett, Senior Vice President of Product

Matt Mallett was most recently a managing director at Elm Park Capital, a private debt investment firm, where he was responsible for investment origination and evaluation, gaining first-hand experience with lower middle-market debt financing. Before that, he worked in Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s investment division for two years.

Brandon Pabalate

Brandon Pabalate, Director of Risk and Compliance

Brandon Pabalate comes to CollateralEdge as director of risk and compliance and with more than 10 years of experience in the financial services industry. Pabalate served as the enterprise risk officer for Vista Bank, overseeing several risk management functions. Prior to that, he served as a safety and soundness examiner for the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, leading commercial and trust examinations of supervised institutions.
