With the increasing demand for industrial land, Mohr Capital has hired Lee Loftis to find and acquire land sites for the firm’s speculative and build-to-suit industrial development projects. Lee previously worked for Copart, where he closed on $93 million of industrial property—$70 million of which was off-market.

Hector Sanchez, Chief Executive Officer

Hector Sanchez will bring his 16-year experience of multidisciplinary leadership and development of efficient and creative solutions to Premier. Most recently, he was a senior vice president at Rubicon Oilfield International, where he successfully managed 150 employees and a $100 million revenue budget.

Lynn Linczyc, Senior Vice President of Procurement

Lynn Linczyc will spearhead Premier’s procurement team, providing cost-saving solutions for the world’s leading hotel brands. Before joining Premier, she served as vice president of procurement at Roseland Residential Trust, Mack-Cali Realty Corporation, and Belle Associates.

Ryan Kimura

Ryan Kimura, Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships 

Ryan Kimura will oversee all client relationships, partnerships for the firm, and explore new opportunities within the multifamily and student housing industries. He will also support Premier’s marketing and rebranding efforts and drive additional relationships with apartment and student housing owners. Previously, Kimura worked as an industry principal at RealPage in the Asset Optimization division.

Rex Tullius, Vice President of Strategic Partnerships

Rex Tullius’ knowledge and experience as a developer will come in handy in his new role, tasked with fostering and building new relationships with domestic hospitality owners and investors. During his time at Legacy Development as a president, Tullius worked on all aspects of the project development life-cycle across various asset classes and capital stacks.

Steven Plumb, Chief Financial Officer

As part of creating their new HQ2 in Dallas, located in Deep Ellum, Prop-Tech firm MetroSpaces has brought Steven Plumb on as its new CFO and WWC as its public auditor. His work as CFO with tech-forward companies coupled with his big four experience made him a great partner for the firm’s current and planned financial goals.

Aaron Staudenmaie, Chef Partner

Chef Aaron Staudenmaier brings more than two decades of food and beverage experience to District in Addison (a Northern California eatery opening this fall). Staudenmaier has served some of the finest restaurants in the country, including sous chef positions at establishments such as The Mansion on Turtle Creek and the Inn at Little Washington. He opened Abacus and Jaspers with Kent Rathbun before diving into farm-to-table cooking at Boot Ranch, an ultra-luxury property in Fredericksburg. Staudenmaier returned to Dallas, where he opened Lovers Seafood and later became concept chef at Whiskey Cake Kitchen and Bar.

In his recent promotion, Eric Elrod will oversee the development and construction of all projects, horizontal and vertical. Vishal Gandhi

Vishal Gandhi, Operations and Accounting Senior Vice President

Tasked with overseeing several real estate operating businesses at Hillwood’s AllianceTexas and Frisco Station developments. Vishal Gandhi’s real estate portfolio responsibilities are comprised of 2,500 multifamily units, 27 million square feet of multi-product real estate in addition to foreign-trade zone and association management.
