With the increasing demand for industrial land, Mohr Capital has hired Lee Loftis to find and acquire land sites for the firm’s speculative and build-to-suit industrial development projects. Lee previously worked for Copart, where he closed on $93 million of industrial property—$70 million of which was off-market.

Hector Sanchez will bring his 16-year experience of multidisciplinary leadership and development of efficient and creative solutions to Premier. Most recently, he was a senior vice president at Rubicon Oilfield International, where he successfully managed 150 employees and a $100 million revenue budget.

Lynn Linczyc, Senior Vice President of Procurement
Lynn Linczyc will spearhead Premier’s procurement team, providing cost-saving solutions for the world’s leading hotel brands. Before joining Premier, she served as vice president of procurement at Roseland Residential Trust, Mack-Cali Realty Corporation, and Belle Associates.
Ryan Kimura, Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships
Ryan Kimura will oversee all client relationships, partnerships for the firm, and explore new opportunities within the multifamily and student housing industries. He will also support Premier’s marketing and rebranding efforts and drive additional relationships with apartment and student housing owners. Previously, Kimura worked as an industry principal at RealPage in the Asset Optimization division.

Rex Tullius, Vice President of Strategic Partnerships
Rex Tullius’ knowledge and experience as a developer will come in handy in his new role, tasked with fostering and building new relationships with domestic hospitality owners and investors. During his time at Legacy Development as a president, Tullius worked on all aspects of the project development life-cycle across various asset classes and capital stacks.

Steven Plumb, Chief Financial Officer
As part of creating their new HQ2 in Dallas, located in Deep Ellum, Prop-Tech firm MetroSpaces has brought Steven Plumb on as its new CFO and WWC as its public auditor. His work as CFO with tech-forward companies coupled with his big four experience made him a great partner for the firm’s current and planned financial goals.

With 15 years of award-winning professional experience in the design industry, Brad Cantrell will lead the conceptualization, design direction, experiential design, project management, and consultant management on Dallas area projects for PDR. Cantrell was most recently the design studio principal for M Line.

Eric Duncan, Head of Marketing
Eric Duncan joins Envy Gaming after a six-year spell at video production company Rooster Teeth. Most recently, he was the company’s vice president of marketing. He and Erin Schendle were brought on as Envy expands its role at the intersection of gaming, entertainment, and technology.

Erin Schendle spent 12 years with Dallas-based television channel WFAA as a sales manager and account executive. In her new role, she and Duncan will ‘lead Envy in its strategic collaboration with brands, media organizations, and new ventures.

Castro has spent over two decades focusing on site selection and economic incentive consulting for some of the largest Fortune 500 companies and institutional investors across the United States. In his new role, he will be responsible for business development and client services, where he will continue cultivating his relationships in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and beyond.

Aaron Staudenmaie, Chef Partner
Chef Aaron Staudenmaier brings more than two decades of food and beverage experience to District in Addison (a Northern California eatery opening this fall). Staudenmaier has served some of the finest restaurants in the country, including sous chef positions at establishments such as The Mansion on Turtle Creek and the Inn at Little Washington. He opened Abacus and Jaspers with Kent Rathbun before diving into farm-to-table cooking at Boot Ranch, an ultra-luxury property in Fredericksburg. Staudenmaier returned to Dallas, where he opened Lovers Seafood and later became concept chef at Whiskey Cake Kitchen and Bar.
Dennis Coker, Managing Director of Building Materials Practice
Industry veteran Dennis Coker has been hired to lead investment firm Founders Advisors’ new practice area focused on building materials. Before Founders, Coker served for four years as a managing director at a Dallas-based strategic advisory firm. He has spent most of his 20-year career at international and national construction materials companies, leading merger and acquisition, divestiture, and strategic planning activities.

Brian Wilson, Managing Director of the Dallas Office
An experienced broker and manager, Brian Wilson was hired to enhance Whitebox Real Estate’s growing operations at its Dallas office. Before joining Whitebox, he worked with Lockton companies and as a broker with Cushman & Wakefield.
Reid Goetz, Industrial Development Vice President
Building upon his 16-year tenure with Hillwood, Reid Goetz has been promoted to oversee all industrial, logistics, and data center development and new business pursuits, acquisitions, joint venture opportunities, and portfolio leasing.

Leading the effort in securing premier retail clients across Hillwood’s master-planned communities, Mark Miller’s promotion will have him working with key projects within the AllianceTexas development, as well as the Frisco Station development.

In his recent promotion, Eric Elrod will oversee the development and construction of all projects, horizontal and vertical. Projects range from designing and constructing industrial, office, and retail properties for Hillwood’s speculative and build-to-suit projects at AllianceTexas and new growth opportunities within the development.

Managing a diverse portfolio of projects at Hillwood, Meggie Lowy will lead all capital market activity, including debt placement and refinancing, equity relationships and sourcing, asset disposition, and oversee the Financial Analyst team at Hillwood.

Vishal Gandhi, Operations and Accounting Senior Vice President
Tasked with overseeing several real estate operating businesses at Hillwood’s AllianceTexas and Frisco Station developments. Vishal Gandhi’s real estate portfolio responsibilities are comprised of 2,500 multifamily units, 27 million square feet of multi-product real estate in addition to foreign-trade zone and association management.

Ginny Kissling, the global president and COO of Ryan, has joined the board of directors for Dallas Capital Bank. Kissling has been recognized for her professional achievements multiple times.
