Genifer Gray, Chief Operating Officer, U.S. Ventures

Gennifer Gray’s promotion comes after over three years serving as the vice president of operations, leading Topgolf’s day-to-day experience, venue operations leaders, food and beverage program, training and leadership development, and golf services for its 65 U.S. venues. She joined Topgolf from Maggiano’s Little Italy, where she served as chief operating officer, overseeing dozens of restaurants and thousands of employees.

Geoff Cottrill, Topgolf

Geoff Cottrill joins Topgolf’s leadership team from Coca-Cola North America, where he was chief marketing officer. Before that, he held marketing leadership positions at Converse, Starbucks, Procter & Gamble, and MullenLowe.

Kristi Maynor comes to Topgolf from the global leadership advisory firm, Egon Zehnder, where she was a partner and global head of its consumer practice. Her practice includes a focus on leadership development, digital transformation, brand building, and customer-centricity across a wide array of industries, including restaurants, gaming, entertainment, retail, apparel, and consumer products.

Bradley Arant Boult Cummings

Elisha Kobre will be a partner in the Government Enforcement and Investigations and Litigation practice groups for Bradley Arant Boult Cummings. He most recently served as an Assistant United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York for 11 years, where he focused his practice on securities and commodities fraud, complex fraud, and cybercrime.

Wanda Gierhart Fearing, Chief Marketing and Content Officer

Wanda Gierhart Fearing has been promoted to become the company’s first chief marketing and content officer. She joined Cinemark in 2018 as chief marketing officer, where she spearheaded the company’s e-commerce and transformed its digitals and social media. Previously, she was chief marketing officer for Neiman Marcus Group.

Kervin Campbell will be responsible for growing the business and promoting and implementing strategic business development and marketing initiatives at design firm Dunaway. Campbell has been with Dunaway for the past 18 years. Most recently, Campbell led Dunaway’s civil engineering practice and is on the Executive Leadership Committee.

Scott Heal will set strategy and lead operations for civil engineering across all six of Dunaway’s offices. Heal was previously senior director of operations for California Resources Corporation, the state’s largest oil producer. He also served in various leadership roles at Oxy.

Jake Massacci, Vice President of Human Resources

Jake Massacci will be responsible for overseeing all human resources functions across several locations nationwide for home health and hospice service provider Jet Health. Most recently, he served as director of talent acquisition at HMS/Gainwell Technologies, where he managed a team handling recruiting and onboarding of more than 1000 roles annually across the combined international organization.

Thomas Dritsas, Concept Chef

Thomas Dritsas will be responsible for the entire culinary program at quirky neighborhood restaurant Whiskey Cake, exploring local ingredients, innovation, recipe adherence, and training and development. Throughout the past 20 years, Dritsas has been in leadership for Del Frisco’s, where he eventually rose to the chief culinary officer.

Clarissa Rios joins PR and marketing communications agency BizCom, where she will be responsible for generating publicity and increasing the agency’s global clients’ presence. Previously, she served as a senior client manager for AGENZ PR.

Dr. John Carlo, Texas Medical Association

Dr. John Carlo, Chair

CEO of Prism Health North Texas Dr. John Carlo was appointed chair of Texas Medical Association, a council that develops state and national policies, after serving as a council member since 2018. He also has served as chair of the TMA Council on Socioeconomics and as chair of the TMA Council on Science and Public Health. Since March 2020, Dr. Carlo has served as a member of the TMA COVID-19 Task Force, guiding Texans on making safe and informed decisions about their health throughout the pandemic.
