David Vanderslice has experience managing pricing strategy, budgeting, inventory, design coordination, and land development, focusing on single-family homes and townhomes in the mid $200’s to $1 million-plus price range. He was previously area president for K. Hovnanian Homes for 22 years. Before that, he was vice president of construction for Centennial Homes. In his role at K. Hovnanian Homes, he closed on 7,207 homes with almost $2 billion in revenue.

Brad Nolan will lead all product marketing for ATM manufacturer Hyosung America. He most recently served as executive vice president of Allpoint Solutions at Cardtronics, where he led network management and the design and delivery of new technology. Previously, Nolan spent more than 20 years at JPMorgan Chase & Co., serving as managing director of branch systems and innovation.

David Washburn joins Christopher S. Atkinson as co-chair of Katten’s M&A and private equity division. Former co-chair Kimberly T. Smith will serve as global chair of the firm’s Corporate department. Before joining Katten, Washburn was a partner at Andrew Kurth Kenyon for 14 years.
