John Elliot

John Elliot, Chief Financial Officer

John Elliot joins Centennial with more than 27 years of commercial real estate finance and accounting experience, including portfolio management, REIT structuring, private equity, financial audit, tax compliance and strategy, property management, investor reporting, and forecasting. He most recently served as Chief Financial Officer for Madison Marquette. Before that, he was senior vice president and controller at New Tower Trust Company, a division of Bentall Kennedy.

Zalat Pizza

Adrian Saide

Adrian Saide, Chief Financial Officer

Adrian Saide was previously CFO at EYM group, a multi-unit, multi-brand franchisee operation, where he grew the business by more than 400 percent with brands such as Panera, Pizza Hut, KFC, Burger King, and Denny’s. Before joining EYM Group, Saide was also a part of PepsiCo’s Finance Development Program, where he held roles in Revenue Management, Cost Controls, and FP&A.

Dennis Minchella

Dennis Minchella, Chief Development Officer

Dennis Minchella will be responsible for the growth of Zalat Pizza, which has 12 locations in DFW and a Houston location coming later this year. Before this role, he was CEO and CCO of Restaurant Development Group.

Mollie Fadule

Mollie Fadule, Chief Financial and Investment Officer

Mollie Fadule will lead multifamily developer JPI’s finance, legal, investment, and capital markets teams to identify growth and innovation opportunities. Fadule joins JPI with more than 15 years of experience in real estate, private equity, real estate, and construction technology.

Sue Batterton

Sue Batterton, Chief Creative Officer

Sue Batterton will oversee the creative product of the marketing agency The Richards Group. Her role also includes recruiting, promoting, and retaining diverse talent and collaborating across agency disciplines in managing, mentoring, and honing the creative team’s craft. Batterton rejoins The Richards Group from her most recent role at BBDO Minneapolis, where she was executive creative director.

Trevor Monteiro

Trevor Monteiro, Lead Brand Media

Trevor Monteiro will lead the agency’s integrated media discipline, incorporating strategy, investment, and analysis of all paid media. His vision will shape all future media services. Monteiro rejoins The Richards Group from Moroch Partners, where he most recently served as vice president of communications planning.

Neiman Marcus Group

Hannah Kim

Hannah Kim, Chief Legal Officer, Corporate Secretary, Chief Compliance Officer

Hannah Kim joins Neiman Marcus Group to oversee legal and compliance and promote and protect the overall business strategy. Kim was most recently Chief Legal Officer at Energizer Holdings, where she was responsible for legal, compliance, ethics, regulatory, and government affairs. Before Energizer, she served in senior roles at Bank of America and Lowe’s Companies, Inc.

Whitley Penn

Nick Pollard

Nick Pollard, Oil and Gas Assistant Controller

Nick Pollard has rejoined the tax firm Whitley Penn after three years in analyst roles at Denbury Resources. Pollard originally joined Whitely Penn in 2015 as a member of its audit staff. Now, he joins Whitley Penn’s Oil & Gas Consulting group, which works with clients to provide solutions for operational and accounting challenges.

Chad Ruback, President

Chad Ruback was elected president of the William “Mac” Taylor Inn of Court, a Dallas-based organization of judges, lawyers, and law students, which fosters ethical and competent legal representation in an environment of civility and respect. Ruback is an appellate attorney with his own practice.
