Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of City View

Kyllan Cody

Kyllan Cody, Chief Executive Officer

View As CEO, Kyllan Cody will oversee Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of City View’s daily operations while ensuring quality patient care at the 77-bed inpatient rehabilitation facility in Fort Worth. Cody comes to Encompass from NueHealth, where she was most recently a healthcare management consultant for more than two years. Before NueHealth, Cody was CEO of Cook Children’s Surgery Center for nearly five years, vice president of operations at Methodist Charlton Medical Center in Dallas for four years, and chief operating officer at Dallas Regional Medical Center for nearly four years.

Ketchum

Jamey Peters

Jamey Peters, Chief Client Operations Officer of North America

Jamey Peters, partner and managing director at PR firm Ketchum, has been promoted. In his new role, Peters will oversee client operations, experience, and excellence in North America. Since joining Ketchum in 2004, Peters has held several leadership roles. His experience includes time, having previously worked for energy company Southern Company and the American Red Cross.

Eyemart Express

Femi Enigbokan

Femi Enigbokan, Chief Growth Officer

Femi Enigbokan will join Eyemart Express after six years at Yum! Brands. Enigbokan will be responsible for expanding the optical retail company’s 231 stores in 42 states. He is Eyemart’s first chief growth officer. While at Yum! Brands, Enigbokan oversaw finance and real estate teams for the KFC Division in South Africa as chief development officer.

Eamon Boyle

Eamon Boyle, Senior Vice President of Growth Sciences

The Integer Group is fueled by a proprietary intelligence platform and is a partnership between The Integer Group and Omnicom Commerce Group. Boyle joins The Integer Group from IBM and has more than 15 years of experience in complex multidisciplinary consulting. He has led analytics departments at IBM, JWT, the Martin Agency, Havas, and Assembly Media, and his client roster includes 20th Century Fox, Pfizer, WarnerMedia, NBCU, Comcast, Ford, and BMW.

OneDay

Mike Davis

Mike Davis, Senior Vice President of Multifamily

Twenty-two-year proptech veteran Mike Davis will lead OneDay’s new Convey video platform, designed to help multifamily leasing agents personalize the sales process. Davis will also head up OneDay’s new multifamily division. Before joining OneDay, Davis served as vice president of enterprise sales at RealPage, where he spent the past 14 years. His experience also includes helping grow LexisNexis to the third-largest resident screening company in the United States.

Savills North America

Wayne Gearey

Wayne Gearey, Senior Managing Director

Wayne Gearey will join Savills North America to work closely with the firm’s strategic location and workforce advisory practice, KLG Advisors, to expand the firm’s presence in North Texas. He and his team will specialize in the industrial, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors. Gearey has more than 25 years of experience in the field and has advised some of the largest global organizations, including Amazon and CVS. Previously, Gearey was the national director and senior vice president of location advisory for JLL. He is a professor at The University of Texas at Dallas.

Neal England, Managing Director of Business Services Practice

Neal England will lead Founders’ business services practice, providing advisory leadership through all phases of the transaction process for middle-market clients. Over the course of his career, England has completed more than 40 buy- or sell-side transactions for professional services companies.

Travis Gist joins Argent Financial Group from Wells Fargo Bank, where he was previously assistant vice president and oil and gas advisory specialist for the past seven years. While at Wells Fargo, Gist managed over 150 accounts for high-net-worth private bank clients and served as the bank’s subject matter expert for oil and gas assets. He has more than 11 years of experience as a mineral rights and land manager.

Jordan Thompson, operations director of Perkins and Will, will now be responsible for coordinating internal resource management. His work involves developing successful team structures that pave the way for the firm’s strategic growth.

Laura Crawford

Laura Crawford, Associate Principal and Marketing Director

Laura Crawford, marketing director for Perkins and Will, will be responsible for developing and implementing the Dallas, Austin, Houston, and Monterrey studios’ marketing, client engagement, and strategic planning efforts. Crawford also provides guidance surrounding building awareness and positioning.

Holly Jordan

Holly Jordan, Associate Principal and Director of Specifications

Holly Jordan is director of specifications for Perkins and Will’s Dallas, Houston, and Austin studios. Jordan has more than 20 years of experience producing construction specifications, having previously served in specifications leadership roles at HOK, EDI Architecure, and MD Anderson Cancer Center.
