Planned Parenthood of Greater Texas

Shawn Wills

Shawn Wills, Chief Development Officer

Since 2010, Shawn Wills has raised more than $100 million for nonprofits and has led fundraising efforts that include a $16 million and $50 million capital campaigns. Prior to joining Planned Parenthood of Greater Texas, Wills served as the vice president of operations and strategy for a Dallas-based membership organization as well and was an adjunct professor at Paul Quinn College, where she continues to teach fundraising, philanthropy, and grant writing.

Lisa Cervenka

Lisa Cervenka, Senior Vice President of Brand and Communication

Lisa Cervenka will lead communications, public relations, and integrated marketing for Kanarys. Previously, she co-founded and served as CEO of Brand Amper, an Saas technology company, before selling it to talent acquisition company The Muse in 2017.

Eric Polite

Eric Polite II, Vice President of DEI

As vice president of DEI, Eric Polite II will guide Kanarys and its partners through new DEI strategies’ development and execution. Previously, he was chief transformation officer for his own consulting firm, Eric Polite & Associates, where he worked with major corporations such as Toyota Motor, Google, and Samsung.

Phuong Tran

Phuong Tran, Vice President of Product and Implementation

Leaving behind her own IT consulting firm, Phoenix Integration Associates, Phuong Tran will assume responsibility of product implementation at Kanarys. In her new role, Tran will work closely with the company’s engineering team to manage product features and functionality for B2B and consumer products. Tran will also be responsible for ensuring consumer experiences are inclusive, meaningful, and relevant to underrepresented groups.

Jeremy Palafox

Jeremy Palafox, Vice President of Integrated Marketing

As head of integrated marketing, Jeremy Palafox will rely on a data-driven approach to develop and optimize marketing plans. Previously, Palafox was the director of media services at Just Global, an integrated marketing agency. With 15 years of media and marketing experience, he has worked with big-name brands like Walmart, Google, and AARP.

CASPR Group

Charlie Suiter, Vice President of Distribution Development

With over 18 years of management experience, Charlie has overseen daily operations for numerous multimillion-dollar companies. At CASPR, Suiter will lead an internal sales team and manage the company’s network of North American distributors that sell CASPR’s continuous air and surface pathogen reduction technology.

Cynthia Cowen

Cynthia Cowen, Managing Director

Cynthia Cowen has returned to Cushman & Wakefield, where she will serve on the firm’s office agency leasing team. She rejoins the firm from Hall Group, where she has been working to lease its 2.5 million-square-foot park in Frisco.


Caldwell Cassady & Curry

Warren McCarty

Warren McCarty, Principal

With Caldwell Cassady & Curry for nearly seven years, Warren McCarty specializes in intellectual property disputes, class actions, trade secret claims, and commercial litigation. In 2020, he played a vital role in the defense victory for UK-based World Programming Limited in a copyright and patent infringement lawsuit. He was also instrumental in helping VirnetX secure $502.8 million in damages from Apple for patent infringement—a case ranked the fourth largest verdict nationwide last year.

Colleen Lefebvre

Colleen Lefebvre, Corporate Real Estate Advisor

Colleen Lefebvre joins Sidecar CRE from Chieffalo Realty, where she previously focused on commercial investment and income properties. In her new role, she will assist Fort Worth businesses with office and industrial needs, working to align clients’ real estate portfolios with long-term company goals.

Tim Hill

Tim Hill, Fiduciary Board Chairman

Tim Hill is a certified professional photographer with more than three decades of experience. In this role, Hill will preside over The DEC Network’s 25-member fiduciary board, with the intention of fostering a thriving and inclusive entrepreneurial ecosystem for small businesses in Dallas.
