Tim Dismond, chief responsibility officer

Tim Dismond joined the company in 2008 as alliance director worked his way up to chief diversity officer last year. He will now add overseeing the company’s environmental, social, and governance efforts to his responsibilities. Dismond has been in the commercial real estate industry for 26 and previously worked for the law firm now known as Polsinelli.

Stephen Wise’s responsibilities at Weitzman include handling retail project leasing, retail tenant representation, and general brokerage. He previously worked as a valuation analyst for Real Time Resolutions.

He most recently served as senior mechanical engineer at RWB Consulting Engineers and has 21 years of industry experience.

Sara Faivre’s background as a scientist, director, and board member have provided her with experience in agriculture, mortgage banking, biotechnology, and sustainability. She also serves on the board of NACD Texas’ TriCities chapter, One More Cloud, and Farmer Mac. She was appointed to the latter by President Obama in 2010. Faivre is also the owner and president of business consultant company Sara Faivre.

She previously was chair and is a current member of the board of directors for Texas ‎Appleseed and the executive committee of the Harvard Alumni Real Estate Board. ‎
