Although public school districts have been hard hit by the pandemic, Dallas ISD has consistently been an example of innovation and achievement. The district has developed choice schools, rewarded their top teachers, and made strides in recognizing systemic racism in efforts to serve its more than 150,000 students.

In Dallas ISD, 86 percent of the students are economically disadvantaged, and the school system is faced with the task of providing much more than just academic knowledge. Through community and business partnerships, Dallas ISD continues to push to educate students and prepare them for the next stage in life.

Join D CEO Magazine on March 10 for a critical update on the efforts within Dallas ISD and key business community leaders on improving job and career readiness, progress on P-Tech programs, and how to close gaps further exacerbated by COVID-19.
