Building on the success of last year’s program–and the current urgency and dialogue around racial inequality, D CEO is pleased to present its second annual Diversity, Inclusion, and Impact Symposium. Held virtually this year on September 17, it will feature nearly 20 expert speakers who will dive into the pressing topics and conversations that are happening in board rooms across our country—addressing systemic racism, diversity, inclusion, and belonging in the workplace.

Presentation topics range from “Getting Comfortable with Uncomfortable Conversations” to “Data and Transparency: Setting Goals and Measuring Results,” with opportunities to network and connect in between. There will also be special breakout conversations on marketing your values and what racial equity truly means.

Keynote speakers include:

  • Lisa Ong. After 30 years with PwC, where she most recently served as national diversity director, Ong formed her own company, Wishing Out Loud, earlier this year.
  • John Olajide. The founder and CEO of Axxess, who also serves as 2020 chair of the Dallas Regional Chamber, has emerged as a thought leader on diversity and bias.

For more information, and the full lineup of spakers, visit this site. Tickets are $75 and include access to all live programming and networking sessions, plus a one-year subscription to D CEO. Attendees will also have access to recordings of all presentations following the event. Learn more here.
