HEALTHCARE

Texas Health Surgery Center Bedford LLC extended its lease and leased the remaining 5,683 square feet at 1605 Airport Boulevard in Bedford. The company will occupy the entire 16,652 square foot office building. Eric Blais and Paul Richter with Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord, SS Realty LLC.  Kyle Jacobs with Rubicon Representation represented the tenant.

Peshee LLC acquired an 8,403 square foot medical property at 2745 E. Belt Line Road in Carrollton. Chris Barnet and Steve Wentz of Cushman & Wakefield represented the buyer. The seller, VRE Marsh-Beltline LLC, was represented by Banks Newton and Peter Shaw of Lincoln Harris CSG.

OFFICE

OrbVest US, Inc. and Richmond Honan Lifehope acquired Two Forest Plaza, a 196,215 square foot office building located at 12201 Merit Drive in Dallas. The sale was facilitated between the buyer and the seller, Encore Enterprises, by Creighton Stark and Chris Boyd of Colliers International.

Reata Pharmaceuticals signed a sublease for 121,903 square feet of office space, located at 5320 Legacy Drive in Plano. Mike Wyatt, Maureen Kelly Cooper, Robbie Baty and Travis Boothe with Cushman & Wakefield represented the sublandlord, Denbury Onshore LLC. Jeff Ellerman and John Ellerman of CBRE represented the subtenant.

RGN-Dallas IC LCC renewed its lease of 59,788 square feet in Lincoln Center at 5420 LBJ Fwy. in Dallas. Matt Schendle and Clint Madison of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, TIAA-CREF. Baron Aldrine and Mike Cleary of CBRE represented the tenant.

Taylor Morrison Home Corp. leased 25,856 square feet of office space in Stonebrook Business Park at 6735 Salt Cedar Way in Frisco. Chris Doggett and Ashley Curry of JLL represented the landlord, GCRE Stonebrook Office. Robbie Baty and Travis Boothe of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.

Integrative Emergency Services leased 18,371 square feet in Heritage One and Two at 4835 and 5001 LBJ Fwy. in Dallas. Chuck Sellers and Lindsay Wolcott of Avison Young represented the landlord, Brookwood Heritage SQ. Craig Wilson and Travis Boothe of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.

Ameriprise Financial renewed a lease for 15,436 square feet in Gateway @ Legacy at 6860 Dallas Pkwy. in Plano. Mike Wyatt and Travis Booth of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant. Trey Smith and Lauren Napper, also of Cushman & Wakefield, represented the landlord, Equus Capital Partners Ltd.

Regus renewed a lease for 15,207 square feet of office space in Sherry Lane Place at 5956 Sherry Lane in Dallas. Mike Cleary and Layne Mayfield of CBRE represented the tenant. Clint Madison and Ward Eastman of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, Sherry Realty Holdings.

Oceans Healthcare LLC signed a sublease for 15,060 square feet in The Campus at Legacy at 5360 Legacy Dr. in Plano. Daniel Rudd and Billy Vahrenkamp of Colliers International represented the subtenant. Mike Wyatt, Robbie Baty, Maureen Cooper Kelly, and Travis Boothe of Cushman & Wakefield represented the sublandlord, Denbury Onshore LLC.

Fifth Third Bank renewed a lease for 9,437 square feet in Lincoln Centre at 5420 LBJ Fwy. in Dallas. Peery Wood and Chris Sido of CBRE represented the tenant. Matt Schendle and Clint Madison of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, TIAA-CREF.

Lea + Elliot renewed a lease for 8,274 square feet of office space in Brookhollow Riverside at 2505 N. Highway 360 in Grand Prairie. Cribb Altman of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant. Theron Bryant of Transwestern represented the landlord, Down By The Riverside.

Schuler Shook signed a lease for 7,369 of office space in Republic Center at 325 Saint Paul St. in Dallas. Mike Wyatt and Cribb Altman of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant. Trae Anderson with Younger Partners represented the landlord, Four Point Star Operating Company.

ECS Texas LLP signed a lease for 6,000 square feet of office space at 2621 White Settlement Road in Fort Worth. Emily Hoffman of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant. Matt McWilliams with MCM Real Estate Advisors, LLC represented the landlord, 2621 White Settlement LLC.

High-Speed-Railway Integration Corporation renewed a lease for 5,532 square feet in The Tower at Cityplace at 2711 N. Haskell Ave. in Dallas. Matt Heidelbaugh, Barrett Jones and Satoru Jo of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant. Grant Sumner of Avison Young represented the landlord, CP Tower Owner LLC.

American Financial Network signed a 5,096 square foot sublease in The Aberdeen at 14841 N. Dallas Pkwy. in Dallas. Grant Frerichs and Tom Lynn of NAI Robert Lynn represented the sublandlord, National Bankruptcy Services. Jason Dodson of Cushman & Wakefield represented the subtenant.

MDM Permian signed a lease for 3,674 square feet in Avion Business Center, Building 300 in Carrollton. Trae Anderson and Garrett Marler of Younger Partners represented the landlord, Capitol Commercial, Inc.

Entercoms, Inc. signed a lease renewal for 3,994 square feet at Williams Square, 5215 North O’Connor Boulevard in Irving. Kate Whalen and Evan Hammer of Whitebox Real Estate represented the tenant.

RAM Software Systems Inc. renewed its lease of 2,462 square feet at the Atrium on Collins, 1701 N. Collins Boulevard in Richardson. Jared Laake and Richmond Collinsworth with Bradford Commercial Real Estate represented the landlord, Centenario Realty LLC. Kevin Finch with Finch Commercial Realty represented the tenant.

INDUSTRIAL

Corporate Fitness Solutions LLC extended its lease and signed a 4,170 square foot lease expansion at 4951 Airport Parkway in Addison, bringing its total leased space to 8,425 square feet. Brian Pafford, Susan Singer, and Ryan Coretz represented the landlord, Kennington Parkway Ltd. in negotiations. Adam Curran of Cushman and Wakefield Texas Inc. represented the tenant.

Wesco expanded its lease into 659,000 square feet at Northport 35 in Northlake. Seth Koschak, Forrest Cook, and Bob Hagewood with Stream Realty Partners represented the landlord, Clarion Partners. Brad Struck and Jim Hazard with ESRP represented the tenant.

Gorrondona signed a lease for 32,000 square feet at Parc North in Fort Worth. Seth Koschak, Forrest Cook, and Brett Carlton of Stream Realty represented the landlord, Eastgroup Properties. Jamie Galati and David Berzina of JLL represented the tenant.

Sunbelt Rentals signed a lease for 11,000 square feet at 217 N. Beach Street in Fort Worth. Jean Russo of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord. Forrest Cook of Stream Realty Partners represented the tenant.

Case Paper renewed its lease of 25,145 square feet at 2555 114th Street in Grand Prairie. David Eseke, Clay Balch and Craig Ruoff of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant. The landlord, Mercer Company, was self-represented by Corby Hodgkiss.

Blumenthal Family Trust purchased Grand Lakes Commerce Center, a 193,000 square foot industrial property located at 4000 Interstate 30 in Grand Prairie. Ken Wesson of Lee & Associates represented the buyer. David Eseke of Cushman & Wakefield represented the sellers, Ironwood Realty Partners LLC and USAA.

Kyle Holdings LLC purchased a 16,951 square foot industrial property located at 2629 Blue Mound Road West in Haslet. David Eseke and Clay Balch of Cushman & Wakefield represented the buyer. Michael Newsome of NAI Robert Lynn represented the seller.

RETAIL

Flat Twelve Gallery sold their 11,158 square foot showroom at 4480 Mint Way in Dallas. Sean Smith and Karla Mach from Whitebox Real Estate represented the seller.

Karate Do leased an 9,300 square foot space at University Hills Shopping Center, located on West Rochelle Drive and North O’Connor Road in Irving. The landlord, Briarwood Capital, was represented by Inroads Realty broker, Taylor LeMaster.

MULTIFAMILY

Meadowlark Apartments, a 74-unit apartment property located in Garland, has been sold. Al Silva and Ford Braly of Marcus & Millichap facilitated the sale on behalf of the seller, a local family who built the property. 

Hanover Property Company acquired 966 acres in Midlothian for a master-planned community. Michael Swaldi, Larry McCorkle, and Nick Hayden, all of JLL, represented the seller, ECOM Real Estate. Paul Whitman, also of JLL, represented the buyer.

MISC.

Nueva Vida Internacional Independiente, Inc. signed a lease for an 8,618 square foot building at 1503 N. Beltline Road in Irving. Kathy Permenter of Younger Partners represented the tenant. The space will be used for a church.
