With a record-breaking number of nominations for our 2018 Nonprofit and Corporate Citizenship awards, D CEO and Communities Foundation of Texas can truly say there is a lot of “good” being done in Dallas Fort-Worth. We are proud to announce our inaugural Nonprofit and Corporate Citizenship Awards finalists.
We are honoring professionals and organizations in the nonprofit world that continue to make a positive impact on the community, often under difficult financial constraints. We’re also honoring the efforts of corporations that support local nonprofits, from executives volunteering their time on boards to lending support through financial donations and sponsorships. The awards recognize both equally important groups in the DFW community.
With more than 340 nominations submitted—the most ever for a D CEO awards program—the judging process by the D CEO editorial staff was challenging. But in the end, the editors were able to narrow the field down to 64 finalists. All 64 will be featured in D CEO’s August issue and recognized on Wednesday, Aug. 1, at an awards event where the winners in each category will be revealed.
