D CEO was proud to host our fifth annual Mergers and Acquisitions Awards event held at CityPlace Tower, presented in partnership with the Association for Corporate Growth. The program recognized 22 finalists across 9 categories for their outstanding accomplishments. Congratulations to all of the deals and dealmakers involved in the year’s most outstanding business transactions. 

2018 Mergers & Acquisition Award Winners:

Public Deals: D.R. Horton’s acquisition of the Forestar Group

Management Buyout: the Mohr Partners Inc. Management Buyout

Strategic Acquisition/Merger: ORIX USA Acquires Lancaster Pollard

Small Deal: Healthy Natural Inc. acquired by Rosewood Private Investments

Midsize Deal: Centre Lane Partners’ Acquisition of Alternative Biomedical Solutions

Large Deal: Solera Holdings Inc. acquires Autodata

Billion-Dollar Deal: Double Eagle Energy Permian Properties’ sale to Parsley Energy
