Yet another co-working company has set its sights on Dallas. Naples, Florida-based Venture X will open its inaugural North Texas location near the Galleria Dallas on Alpha Road in April.

Venture X, which has locations throughout the U.S. and Canada, plans to open 30 additional U.S. locations in 2018, and expand in Australia in the near future. Among its five forthcoming North Texas locations are Fort Worth, Plano, and Frisco.

Venture X local franchisee Nadim Ahmed says the concept sets itself apart from its many competitors with its boutique-style concierge services. “If you need help with marketing, or your website, we have connections who can do those things,” Ahmed says. “We are an office space, but we offer a lot of services as well.”

Catering to a more high-end business professional is another way Venture X sets itself apart from more millennial-focused concepts such as WeWork. Serendipity Labs, which also has an aggressive growth plan in North Texas, also caters to high-end professionals.

Venture X’s Galleria location hopes to utilize the street level to activate the 12,300-square-foot ground-floor space. The space has 40 offices, 140 desks, and capacity for events. Memberships start at $40 per month. Ahmed says he’s given 10 tours in the last week, and all but one tour resulted in a membership. The co-working space opens April 5.
