Deadline Extended: D CEO’s 2018 Mergers & Acquisitions Awards Nominations

All entries must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. Monday, Jan. 29.

With the volume of outstanding deals and dealmakers in the market last year, we’re extending the nominations deadline for our annual Mergers & Acquisitions Awards program. All entries must be made by 5:00 p.m. Monday, Jan. 29.

Click here to make a nomination. The nomination form will take just a couple of minutes to complete. From there, judges will use the Q&A to consider the nominee’s qualifications. (Nominator names will not be disclosed.)

All honorees will be celebrated at an exclusive awards event in April and profiled in the May issue of D CEO. To see the honorees from last year, how to make a nomination, or for more information, please click here.

Here are the categories for 2018:

DEALS OF THE YEAR

  • Small Deals (up to $25 million)
  • Midsize Deals ($26 million to $149 million)
  • Large Deals ($150 million to $999 million)
  • Billion-Dollar Deals
  • Best Public Deal
  • Best Management Buyout
  • Best Strategic Acquisition/Merger

DEALMAKERS

  • Attorney Dealmaker of the Year
  • Investment Banking Dealmaker of the Year

Nominations are now due by 5:00 p.m. Monday, Jan. 29, 2018, and all entries must be made online.
