Black Fathers of Soul

The Black Academy of Arts and Letters, along with Daniel Jones’ 3Life Entertainment, will bring Black Fathers of Soul to the Bruton Theater stage. Dallas singers Reuben Lael, Geno Young, Davante Thornton, Lawyer Turner, Keite Young, Mark Mathis, Phil Wade, Xavier Jackson, Quentin Moore, Madukwa Chinwa and more will perform music from the 60s through the 90s. 23rd Annual KNON Bluesfest

KNON’s annual Bluesfest kicks off Saturday afternoon and will feature two days of blues music. Acts include The Blues Diva All Stars, McKinney Williams Jr., Aaron Burton, and E-Flat Porch Band.
