If you missed Travis Scott’s Astroworld Tour when it came to Dallas last fall, you have another chance to catch the Texan onstage this spring with tourmates Gunna and Sheck Wes, plus some other major rappers. The Houston native has been named headliner of JMBLYA 2019, a music festival organized by rap promotor Scoremore that he headlined in 2015. Scott leads a heavy roster of talent that also includes Lil Wayne, Kevin Gates, Bhad Bhabie, City Girls, Youngboy Never Broke Again, Blueface, Maxo Kream, and P-Lo. Two Texas-based emcees, WhooKilledKenny (Austin) and 10k.caash (Dallas), the latter of whom is said to have invented The Woah, round out the list.

This year seems to have a more hip-hop forward approach than JMBLYAs past, which kept EDM in the mix with acts like Steve Aoki and Baauer.

JMBLYA begins on Friday, May 3 in Dallas’ Fair Park, and continues in Austin on Saturday, May 4 at Circuit of The Americas. Passes for the seventh annual festival go on sale this Friday, March 1, with general admission starting at $59.

If you’re looking to have a ritzier experience, there are several VIP options which all offer access to closer viewing areas of both stages, a private lounge, VIP-only food trucks, air-conditioned bathrooms, expedited festival entry, complimentary massages, barbers and a beauty bar, and IV vitamin treatments from Drip Drive. The packages start with Pinky Ring VIP ($179) and go all the way up to Drop Top VIP ($2,500), a new ticket option which features four festival passes, complimentary golf cart rides from stage to stage, a personal professional photographer to follow the squad around all day, a Drop Top-only trailer with snacks, and “a very special and private porta-potty with a bathroom attendant.” All those frills sound great, but let’s be honest – summertime Texas, air conditioning is the greatest luxury.

See a full lineup and browse tickets (which, again, go on sale this Friday) on the JMBLYA website.
