It is estimated that approximately 3,400 Texans will be diagnosed with leukemia this year. Leukemia Texas is here to help.
Leukemia Texas, based in Dallas and Platinum rated for their financial transparency, supported over 500 families last year across Texas.
In addition to patient aid, they support research at medical institutions across the state. Most recently with six -figure gifts each to UT Southwestern and MD Anderson.
“We feel honored to help our neighbors battling leukemia. Leukemia is an aggressive blood cancer, but we have seen that our patients and supporters are much more aggressive in their fight. While we are proud of this important mission we serve, there is much more work to be done.” – Mandy O’Neill, Leukemia Texas CEO
Their efforts would not be possible without the support from donors and events. On Thursday September 6th, Leukemia Texas will be hosting their 6th annual Concert for a Cure at The Rustic in Dallas to kick off SMU vs TCU football weekend. Join ABC’s Bachelorette and Dallas’ own Rachel Lindsay, Title Sponsor Texas Oncology, other sponsors and lots of local football fans to generate revenue and support even more patients across the metroplex.
Tables and Sponsorship are limited, but still available. $75 per person tickets include private open seating, drink tickets, bites, musical entertainment by Jason Boland and The Stragglers and the surprise of a lifetime for one special leukemia patient.
The event is from 7pm – 10pm, but take a Ride-Share to pass the valet lines. Make your reservation today as tickets won’t be sold at the door. Can’t make the Concert? Donations and partnerships are always welcome at www.LeukemiaTexas.org or by calling 214-265-7393.
