Bachelor Fans, Catch Reality Steve Live in Addison This November

With TCU grad Olivia Caridi.

These days, the number of Bachelor-related podcasts is almost staggering. It seems as though every week someone like human-puppy-turned-Paradise-lothario Dean or always-perfectly-airbrushed-friend-to-JoJo Becca gets their own show. But there are some prerecorded, interview-based gems covering The Bachelor world worth listening to, including those of eternally-snarky-and-unnervingly-omniscient Steve Carbone (of Reality Steve infamy) and TCU grad and former contestant Olivia Caridi. (It also should be noted that Canadian treasure Kaitlyn Bristowe’s podcast is an absolute mess and a pleasure.)

It makes sense. Carbone was a former sports radio host, and Caridi served as an anchor for NBC before pursuing Ben Higgins on season 20 of the ABC franchise, so their interview skills are a bit sharper than those of fellow Bachelor-minded podcasters, but they also both manage to dig up some interesting, admittedly gossipy reality TV tidbits during almost every show. For example, when Christen Whitney (aka “Scallop Fingers” — if you have to ask, you’ll never know) called twins Haley and Emily Ferguson “just rude” on Caridi’s show, or when Jen Saviano dished to Carbone about her relationship with Nick Viall when he was announced as The Bachelor.

But that’s not really the point of this. The point is that these two people are going to be in Addison taping The Reality Steve Podcast on November 14, and — per the case I made above — it will probably be pretty interesting. (For reference.) If you make it there, please fill us in on the hot gossip.
